My stay was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I checked in I was informed parking would be $5 a day, but if I signed up for a membership I wouldn’t be charged the $5 I don’t see that charge listed on the web page. Thank you Carol

Reeked of pee and accompanied by ants

Front desk girl was rude about the holding fee. The air had to stay on 60 degrees inside the room because it smelled of pure pee coming from the carpet. I was accompanied by ants the entire stay, saw them on the bed when I first came through the door and they were all over the room. There were no other rooms available and I would’ve been penalized for cancelling my reservation so I had to stay in an unclean ant infested room.

Selena was one of the nicest, friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. We were in town for a memorial service and had 3 rooms booked. She went above and beyond to help us get checked in a little early after our long flights. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to help. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she was working the desk August 16 @ approx around 11:30 pm. We were late arrivals, and she worked hard to be sure we had a room. The phones were blowing up, and she also handled other guests issues. Customer service all the way. You do not want to lose employees like her, a gem!!

There were no food at the hotel. Pop corn was too salty. Bed was good. the best part was the kitchen facility. This is a special amenity at Sonesta.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was good and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. I loved the suite with the stovetop and the division of the bedroom and the rest of the room and the cherry on top was the price. Great price, great experience, and great room. I definitely recommend.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Staff were kind, but unfortunately not helpful. First off I arrived, got my room key. When I arrived on my floor, it smelled terrible, like rotten food or something. Then I got to my room, and it smelled WORSE - it was so musty, and smelled like dirty laundry and body odour. On top of that, there were SHOE PRINTS all over the bathroom floor and the towels looked dirty. I went back to the front desk immediately and kindly requested a different room. They told me they were sold out for the night, and said “oh, someone probably just walked around the bathroom too soon after mopping the floors”. Like what?! That makes it okay?! I checked online, and they were still accepting reservations on multiple platforms, so clearly there were rooms. Plus, the lady in front of me JUST booked her room for that night! I was so tired I decided I’d just try again in the morning. The next day, I informed them that the air freshener they’d given me hadn’t helped and the room still smelled bad. She told me they still didn’t have any other rooms, when they clearly did. My friend booked a separate room, which was on a different floor, and the room smelled completely fine, so I guess it was just my room? Then my toilet wasn’t working properly and nearly overflowed on a regular flush. I was scared to use it a second time, so I literally used my friends bathroom from Saturday-Sunday. Then there was a man sitting in the hallway at like 2am looking drugged out. Awful!

This property was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Check in was easy and it was a great location. The only negative was cleaning staff making a lot of noise in the hallway in the morning, when I was hoping to sleep in a little, but this seems to be typical at many places. I would recommend!
