Bed was fantastic, great water pressure in shower

Contental breakfast good. Great bed. Restaurant is weak.

Bathroom floor cold as ice. Nice clean room. Sink had a piece of silver water holder broke . All receipts for customers should be combined as one.(from online booking sites to regular face to face getting all receipts at one time. Big inconvience to customers especially if their in a hurry. Don't advise customer to go on website where they booked from. Stop putting special offers on end tables, especially if your front desk has no clue what your talking about. My vent is over.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful, once they finished their smoke breaks. Unfortunately the room cleanliness and hotel were not good. Trash was left in my room from the previous people, Bathtub was dirty, room service tray left in hallway for days without being picked up. Rooms were obviously using marijuana as the smell emanated through the halls. My key stopped working after the first night. Unfortunately not a hotel I will recommend or stay at again.

I selected this hotel based on its price and location. What I perceived as a good value online became fair pricing based on the condition of the hotel.

Check-in was easy. Rooms are spacious but need sprucing up - carpet was visible dirty, furniture was badly nicked, & tub had a permanent mat stuck to it that had grung around it - so that I used a towel to line it before I took my showers & there was no lid on toilet - so when flushed it - all the germs got into the air - closing lid prevents this! Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:30, even though I had the do not disturb sign posted, to clean my room. Check out is at 11:00 & I was preparing to leave - why did they knock at 10:30? Check out was seamless.

1. Emailed message to the hotel for a late shuttle bus arrangement. Never got a reply. Had to call the hotel to make sure about their shuttle bus policy. No late night pick up. 2. When checked in, I was asked to present my ID and credit card. I paid the hotel fee already (3 nights' stay) away before through Orbitz. However, the front desk authorized another different amount on my credit card. I asked the front desk to take off it and was told they will take care of it. Too bad was that they did not keep their words. They did NOT take off the pending amount from my credit card which actually caused me a problem because I had to use my credit but couldn't use it due to the pending amount that had been taken by the Wyndham Garden hotel, though they apologized to me. BUT they did not fix it on time at all.

Front desk woman and shuttle driver terrific. The room excellent. The rest...eh. The restaurant is essentially nonexistant at night, though advertised as open. No one there. Same with the bar, except for a brief appearance from a wise cracking bartender who quickly disappeared never to be seen again. Had to walk in the dark to the only restaurant that could be reached without crossing a busy hightway/street. Not cool for a woman alone. Set way back from the highway with poor signage. Difficult to find if not on a shuttle. Would not recommend.

It took 45 minutes to get checked in. The lady helping us still couldn't figure out how to take proper payment so told me to meet with the manager the next day (who never came to work). When we got to our room it smelled of stale smoke. We got a new room that was sub par and mediocre in cleanliness. When I went back the next day to speak to the manager the employee loudly stated "this place is a sh$$hole never stay here again, the manager doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't care about customers you will never see her." I was appalled.

The hotel is back from the busy street with a small sign but once I found it I was happy to see lots of grass and space. Hotel is located in a very busy road with easy access to tons of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Check in was fast and I was in my room in less than 5 minutes. It was very clean, no musty smell and very enjoyable. Will for sure stay here again.

The pool is ok - nothing fancy, just a big rectangular pool and hot tub. The room, it was fine. Peeling wallpaper, chipped grout in the tile and dirty tub were kinda disappointing. The carpet in the main halls were stained and BOY was it LOUD! It sounded like elephants stomping around above us. We could hear every person coming up the stairwell, walking down the hall and up above us. We called the front desk asking for 2 extra pillows and they said they'd send them up and they never did. Our stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't say I was impressed.

-Lukewarm hot water, leftover trash under beds, clogged sink, no extra bedding - even after the front desk told us 3 different times someone would bring it. We do not plan to stay at a Wyndham Gardens again.

This hotel is perfect for an early flight overnight.

Convenient location in Grand Rapids. Difficult to see, behind shopping center. Needed to have housekeeping come in and re- clean the bathroom. Staff was friendly.

A large group of teens numbering 7-10 came into the room next to my eldery parents and partied noisily late into the night, including smoking pot. Several calls to the front desk were without effect. I spoke to the clerk face to face both that evening and in the morning to no avail. Several calls to speak to a general manager have not yet been returned three days later. Add to this the fact that the shower did not drain properly and we had a very unpleasant experience.

Was here for 4 nights, would stay here again. Got a great deal on Orbitz. Good location though you need a car to go anywhere. Lots of restaurant options within 5min. Lobby bar was fun place to hang out, especially with the generous pouring bartender!

Everything was super nice here. Only two slightly negative comments: no continental free breakfast, and the door to my room (242) stuck, was hard to close. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, good location.

Stayed there for business trip. Everything you need and s decent price

I recommend the hotel, great beds and desk area. Very nice staff.

good location to restaurants & shopping.

Check-in was easy. it took them three days to fix a payment problem
