First room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Second room smelled of cigarette smoke. Third room was better but bathroom wasn't fully cleaned (hairs in the shower). Viktor was very apologetic and helpful but I would never stay here again.

We barely slept. We we had a room off the pool and people where out there all night and the staff did nothing till we went down and talk to them at 2am. Plus our phone in room didn’t work so we could not call them and hall smelt of pot all night. Overall not a bad hotel but the first impression was not the best. I would probably go again but this was not a good experience at all

The property was great. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility was clean. I loved that there were filtered water fountains next to the ice machines in the hallways. There were lot of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area that are walking distance.

My stay was nice, my room was clean and well maintained and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the outside of the hotel was not as well taken care of as the room and the food I got was borderline inedible.
