As a child we would drive by these mansions when visiting my grandparents in Saginaw. I wondered what it would be like to live in one. The current owners have done a great job of renovating and maintaining this property and it was interesting to spend the night in a gilded age mansion.

We had an amazing time the views were beautiful the room was very tidy when we came in good selection of breakfast food same breakfast every day. Great place for couples just trying to take a destress break or just want a romantic getaway. Each room has a unique personality and style so you can come back with a different room experience every time you come. Also the neighbors cat came by and showed us around the property and he was a nice little touch to the trip XD

The house was GORGEOUS. Food was sooooo good. The manager was lovely, and so happy to have us. Our room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable! Only stayed one night, but I wish we could have explored the grouds. And the price cannot be BEAT in this economy. Will stay again! PS: rumored to be haunted. And either one of the guests had a very bad sleepwalking episode, or I had an experience. So cool!

The bed pillows were flat from worn filler, and could stand being replaced. The exterior of the building and the grounds surrounding it could use some repair and updating.
