My wife and I were just married and we rented a regular room. When my wife was signing the papers, the staff recognized her nails and ring... she asked if we had just gotten married. My wife replied and told her yes we just got married the day before. She upgraded up to a King bed with Jacuzzi tub in the room for free as a wedding gift. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome experience and extremely clean! My wife was chilly so the front desk even brought her another blanket.

We had a great stay with the kids. Breakfast was great. Pool was very small basic but clean and big enough for the kids to have fun. Very clean. Great helpful staff.

There was no TV guide, the sauna was broken, there was no grout in the tile so I cut my toe and it started bleeding. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. This hotel is definitely not worth $145 a night, waste your money somewhere else!

Good stay. Comfortable beds, Good Breakfast. Good for overnight stay. I would stay again.

We had a hard time finding the place. Sign hard to see/ The second day the lady servicing the breakfast area was rude and not very efficient. Had to wait log time for her to refill food items that were empty.

At check in had to wait for 20 minutes staff was apologetic. The room was fine but the toilet clogged and overflowed upon my son using it which of course not pleasant. The breakfast was good for a continental, lots of choices. The staff Nate an operation manager was very nice although he could not find my IHG reward account even after giving him the number??; which was odd, however a young front desk girl did at check out. The staff was very nice. There were some bumps in our stay....maybe it was just a bad day the hotel was having.

It was a very relaxing visit food was excellent. Me and my grandkids had a great time at the pool.

Room was pleasant and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Nice place to stay while I was traveling with my family.

My stay was wonderful the staff was first class, the facility was excellence.

The hotel was located right in the middle of everthing. I was able to get a good feel of the area that my daughter will attend college. We mingled with the locals at surrounding restaurants. I felt very comfortable and secure. The hotel was clean, friendly, considerate and close to the college. The attendant even gave handmade treats to the children to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. That was thoughtful and made us feel like more than just guests. It made a trip that would have made me anxious very relaxed and comfortable. The family had fun! We even went shopping at the nearby Birch Run outlet mall. I would stay there again.

The staff was great, friendly, I could not ask for better help. They answered all the questions we had and provided friendly advise. Pool was clean and we had a lot of fun in it. I will go back again and this is where i will stay

We had a great stay. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kids had a terrific time in the pool area. The staff was very friendly and we had a really nice hot breakfast there. I would recommend this hotel.

We golfed while there and went out at night. I can't think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable. It was pretty good in terms of previous trips I have taken.

It's a fairly decent hotel with large clean rooms, a great pool, and good breakfast. However the beds aren't very good (they put a thick foam pad on the bed to try and hide the fact that they bought terrible mattresses), and the staff isn't very friendly. The weirdest part of the stay is that the rooms have large HD TVs that they feed with a grainy SD signal.

This hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was a hassle-free stay with a decent breakfast and a great floorplan. I was concerned at first that the pool and jacuzzi on the first floor just outside my room would bring with it a lot of noise but it wasn't so bad afterall. There's quiet hour too so the kids have plenty of time to be kids in the water. The room I had came with a jacuzzi and a small area to prepare and keep food. The location was just off the expressway near major shopping stores. I would recommend this clean well-respected brand hotel over something you may be gambling with.

Front desk was very professional. Room was very clean, quiet, etc. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared. Good location if you need to do any shopping.

Did not like their mattress top foam whatever. It was too soft. Cheap solution to a well made mattress. They said it was two year new?!! My wife could not sleep all night. A guy that checked out said the same thing. Staff didn't seem to care.

Front desk clerk promised to handle several items for me, and didn't come through with any of them. The sliding key reader didn't work properly on the hotel room door, which was annoying.

The room was spacious and very relaxing. Location of the hotel was excellent, within 15 minutes of everywhere! Hotel was clean and the pool area was very nice!

Great having breakfast included, Awesome Cinnamon Rolls.
