After arriving I instantly regretted booking at this place. We entered the first room, it wasn’t cleaned properly but then we realized the shower faucet was broken, toilet was dirty, towels had stains it didn’t look clean at all and after a long ride that was disappointing. We had changed to another room and it was even worse.. the bed had hair in it, more stains, sticky side table, I could keep going… I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere. This property needs to change something because the uncleanliness was unacceptable.

I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel! Towels, bathroom and floors were all disgusting! We paid extra for a hair dryer and even had to ask for one but never got it!! No face cloths until we asked and towels were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been washed! I never took my shoes off the whole time!!

Many people coming in and out, people hanging out in the hallways. The room we got had stains on the bedsheets, broken facet, dirty restroom with stains on the toilet paper. We emmediately went back to check out and asked for a refund. We did not feel safe or comfortable. I would not have even given it one star. Should be removed from expedia. This left a wrong impression on my vacation trip.

This was behind the side table and inside the table was disgusting and a fake nail. The bathtub did not drain and the toilet barely worked. Will never stay here again . Only good thing was the bed .. tv was also crap & blue.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever almost stayed at. We left after we checked in and went to the room. We could not bring ourselves to settle into such a filthy place. We left the key on the TV stand and drove away. What a terrible waste of money, because then we had to find a hotel. Live and learn. I didn't think to take other pictures. The cobwebs all over the lamp where my initial welcome to the room.

The first room we had was terrible, we are traveling with another couple and their room was also terrible. After complaining in office we were moved to 2 different rooms, which were better. The room my friends had was dirty, had kids toys still in room and hairs in bed.

We were extremely disappointed with the service. We booked a reservation to ensure my family would have a place to stay during a long car trip. We pulled up and were rudely told that they gave away our room to someone else! With no other nearby lodgings available we were forced to drive through the night back home.

Property is absolutely the opposite of what is pictured. It presents itself as unkept, poorly managed, and rent by the hour. From the parking lot it looked questionable. The room was not ready and smelled like a bar room from the 70s.

Hookersand blow and paroles in the parking lot.

We checked in and went to go to our room and there was a drug deal happening in the parking lot cars jacked up on blacks pit bulls running around peoples bbq pits in parking spots and hookers in the back lot. We went to desk and asked for refund immediately. This is a Murder Death Kill Hotel that should be shut down.

The room we were assigned was way too small for a handicapped accessible room, the bathroom door had a sm hole at the bottom, drywall was pulled from the wall. I found toenail clippings in the bedding. I went to use the microwave and saw that there was no turntable.

We stayed 5 minutes. The room was filthy. Stains on beds, walls, etc. Bathroom filthy. Room reeked of cigarettes, and butts were everywhere in a no smoking property. Smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Mold was on the window curtains and shower curtains. FILTHY! Stay away from this one.

Dumpster fire of a room

When I checked in I was told I was given an upgraded room which was awesome but the upgrade was a train wreck of its own. I walked in to dirt and what looked like crayon all over the walls by the door. Dirt on the floor and half full water bottles from previous guest. The lights by the phone in between the beds were ripped out of the wall, hanging, and non functional. All of the buttons on the phone other than numbers had been ripped out. The cable to the cable tv wasn't working so all I had was my phone. The plug by the sink was filthy and pushed inwards. The dispensers for hand soap and body wash were completely empty and so I had to wash off with shampoo. The shower curtain wasn't right for the tub and my shower ended up soaking the floor. The cleanest park of the room was the beds and after seeing everything else I was even suspicious of those.

The toilets did not flush properly, the walls were patched, something was hanging off the wall. Went to open fridge, immediately touched sticky substance, inside was filthy. Sheets and bed covering look dirty. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept. Entire room was disgusting. I've honestly never stayed in a room this bad. Didn't want to sit on bed let alone sleep on it, but it did have a working TV!
