Handle on door to room needs to be repaired. Handle was very lose

Clean rooms, nice staff, really good price.. We would stay again.

it looked like the rooms we had were new remodeled, they still smelled like smokey rooms, beds were clean, staff in the office were friendly and respectful.

Basic. Price was ok. Strange that breakfast isn’t put out until 8 am and it was not worth waiting for.

It was okay for a reasonable price close to stores

No air conditioning!!!! The motel is in need of repairs.

Wasn't bad. Breakfast could have been better than Debbie snacks. Try yogurt.

The best part of the stay was that it was close to the freeway. Besides that it was stinky, dirty, yogurt or something nasty all over the arm of one of the chairs and there was NOWHERE to hang clothes. They knew there were three traveling and STILL only gave us two towels/wash clothes when they cleaned the room.

It was a good value for the money...location was good also.

Staff was efficient. Just an old, out of date place.

I had a decent stay. Everything in the room was functioning - just old. The room was clean. I did not get wifi and there is not much to do in the area, but it is close to a grocery store and fast food restaurants. The free breakfast wasn't much. Other hotels have more. The walls are thin so hope you don't get noisy neighbors.

Very dark! Area seems a little creepy! Lobby had a funny odor so we didn't eat breakfast there. Was woke up to people fighting in the parking lot.

Room was ok, except for the door, had trouble opening and closing it. And could not open window for fresh air.

For what I was paying $50ish per night, I didn't expect it to be like a Marriot Hotel, but I would expect my bed lines to be clean upon arrival. They were not. The blanket beneath the bedspread was spotty and stained. They were nice when I requested a new one. The breakfast is a joke. The only edible thing there was the fruit loops. The "pastries" were gross and the bread was stale. If you're going to promote your breakfast, at least include stuff that people might want to eat. The room was basic. Nothing special, but the bathtub was kind of strange. When I ran the water to take a bath, some black specks started floating up out of the drain. I drained the bath thinking that would help resolve the situation, but when I ran the water again, the black specks came back. So, I settled for a shower instead. The room temp was also bizarre. Despite my attempts to control the temp, it got uncomfortably warm both nights, and I had to wake up and turn the heat off entirely, but of course I was freezing come morning. Overall, it felt like a cheap place. I didn't expect any extravagance, but I thought it would be a little better.

I knew we were in for an interesting experience as soon as we were handed an honest to goodness room key instead of a passcard. This is an older, run-down motel (as in you drive right up to your door, not walk through the building to get to your room), that's gone through several name changes. That was evident because the tray in the bathroom and the matress had stickers on them from other chains. CFLs were installed in all the light fixtures, and provided very inadequate light. The room was very dark. I think it was clean. The only pluses were the shower head which was just awesome, and the very low price. If we go back to Frankenmuth, we will plan further in advance so we don't get stuck here.

The room was great for the price. We were looking for a cheap place to stay for the night, this totally fit the bill. Pets are welcome, at an additional cost, if you tell them!

This is a no-frills place. Lame breakfast, no amenities outside of internet and cable TV. Very practical and convenient location. Rooms were amazingly quiet. Door-front parking to each room. Stayed there for an overnight following a wedding reception and it was fine for that. Front desk accommodated us to check in an hour early so we could clean up for the wedding. I have no problem recommending this place if someone does not care about frills and is looking for something very practical and convenient.

The staff was good, very helpful; the location is great, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Was put in a room next to several biker groups who decided to hang out and drink beer until late. They did get quiet later on. Wished that I would have had a room away from this group. Motel located in good spot but room was not as good as some cheaper types & staff was (just there)! Had look at other reviews and picked this one based on those. I would have stayed elsewhere and paid more if I would have really had a better picture of this place.
