Beds were comfortable. Couch and chair were VERY dirty. The carpet had several stains, and the walls in the living room were dirty. The breakfast was pretty boring.

Check in was 4pm, we arrived at 5:15pm our room was not ready, they said they were very busy, we had to was for about 15-20mins until the room was ready, the manager did off some drinks as far as sodas, the 2 front desk Ladies were very apologetic, they were very professional about the situation. The breakfast was very good I Loved the different options for breakfast, they had fresh fruit that was very tasty. The room was clean it's just the bed was a full size didn't have much room for 2 people but the mattress was very comfortable I suggest they upgrade the beds a least queen size. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and were both really surprised in a very great way at the quality of the hotel (TownePlace Suites) in Saginaw MI. for the price we payed to stay. I was playing in a softball tournament on Saturday in Bay City so I decided to get a room in order to stay overnight on Friday to avoid having to get up early and drive four hours from South Haven on Saturday in order to play our first game in Bay City at 10:15am. We were so impressed with what we got for the money at TownePlace Suites that ON FRIDAY when we got there I had them add ANOTHER NIGHT to my bill just so we could hang out and swim in the pool with our three year old son and go to some of the stores (which were all over the place!) and just browse the town. I could go on for a very long time with everything that I enjoyed about our stay in Saginaw and I could say equally as much about all the things we didn't do that we would have liked to just due to lack of time. This hotel was LITERALLY centrally located right smack dab in the middle of EVERYTHING that you could possibly want to have available. EVERYTHING. LITERALLY. Unbelievable. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel and I only ask this of all of you if you go and visit based on this review... PLEASE SAY HELLO TO JOE AT THE FRONT DESK FOR US! He is a very pleasant and down to earth employee there, as were the rest of the staff all the way down to housekeeping, and he was the first person we encountered when we got there and he started our superb two day stay off at TownePlace Suites with a very solid A+. Thanks for the writing space! This is not a gimmick. My wife, my three year old son and myself are sincerely super pleased with our stay and send anyone there with the highest recommendations. I do not stay anywhere else. All the comforts of home. Staff, including housekeeping, is awesome.
This place was great! Add in a good car to drive and some amazing food and you have a perfect vacation.
