Will for sure stay again as it is clean and well appointed. The common/lobby area was heat for meeting up as a group and watching the football game. Great location, close to food and shopping. Will be back!

I didn’t actually make it past the lobby. I searched online for a room and finally “found” a room at this hotel. Thankfully , I put it on my credit card. Much easier to contest. I had to drive over 30 minutes to get there and then had to wait in line to check in. When I finally get to the front of the line, I mysteriously don’t have a room that I’d already paid for. . The nice, but newer, employee ended up calling his manager. They “over booked. Every room was full. Give her a refund and help her find somewhere else.” 😡 I ended up driving an hour out of the way (30+ minutes each way), spending over a hundred dollars more for a crappy room, and missing dinner. If I have to pay to cancel at late notice, why don’t they? I ended up standing the lobby over an hour trying to find a room at a different hotel and then getting my money back from Expedia. Expedia had to call the front desk to get an ok to give me a full refund, since it wasn’t in the “cancellation window.” If this happens to you, don’t expect the refund like my new guy said I had. According to him, I was refunded and my balance was zero, but the credit didn’t show up until an hour on the phone. After all that mess and phone calls and waiting, someone arrived and checked in. 😡😡😡 I had been told there were no rooms. Maybe if you plan to visit when no one else is there, you might get a room and see if it’s clean and the breakfast is decent. I never got the chance.

They over booked and overcharged.. wouldnt give a refund even though check in at 10p and didnt get settled in room until midnight. The beds werent comfortable.. breakfast had drink machines down with no substitute options.. gave me a handicapped room and spoke to a guy in a wheel chair on how they didnt accommodate his reservation either for being handicapped. Just not very well managed nor do they pay attention to bookings.

Over booked the hotel and we were not given the suite we paid for. We were told there were no other rooms available. So we had to use cots in order to have enough beds for our family to sleep on. All pf a sudden at 1 am there was another room available. We had already been through enough. They did not even tell us about over booking until we got upstairs to the room and realized it was not big enough. I would never stay at that hotel again. My worst experience at a hotel ever.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a nice area with a lot of shopping and dining options. We did have an issue with checking in as the rooms were not ready at our check in time but staff was friendly and very helpful with letting us know when our room would be ready. They are also pet friendly so that was a plus.
