The staff was courteous, the rooms clean, and overall they building appeared to be well maintained. On the negative side, the continental breakfast, which, for all practical purposes, I never known to be that great anywhere. This however, was a lack of things to eat.

staff were fantastic had a few issues with the sink and bathtub not draining and heater cycling on and off did send maintenance to take care of the issues in the bathroom and heat issue, but the heat issue still was not operating correctly over all room was comfortable heat and ac need updated the pad on unit was worn and hard to see the functions of the buttons but I feel the staff made up for the few issues we encountered

Nice hotel but needs some sprucing up. Seems like it gets hard use during the summer. I paid for a riverfront view and the hotel is adjacent to the river but all you really see is the drawbridge and its vehicle ramps. Very friendly staff, eapecially the breakfast atteattendant..

The stay overall was good. We booked this Hotel due to being advertised as Airport Shuttle to Hotel. No Shuttle there and when I called Hotel, I was told you have to request a shuttle pickup in advance. Might want to consider removing that from Expedia. To add to the issue, no uber or Lyft was running that evening. I spent 3 hours in Airport waiting on the only Taxi running to get to me. She had 2 other runs to do before getting to me. I spent a total of 5 hours in a room due to transportation issue. Breakfast was great. That earned the 3 stars.

It was the nicest Comfort Inn I have ever been to and so many other hotels I’ve been to and paid so much more. We definitely will frequent this hotel if we get back up this way.

A surprisingly good stay considering the affordable price for the evening of Black Friday. We willingly drove about a half hour away to save between $50 and $100 on rates in nearby towns, and the Comfort Inn was more than worth it. Pool area was inviting and clean, breakfast was standard and well-equipped with a waffle machine, eggs and breakfast ham, room was clean, bed was super comfy. The bathroom was dilapidated and the bathroom itself was very small. We could hear our neighbor’s TV through the wall, but we turned up the fan for white noise and had a pleasant night.
