This property is located just a short 1-mile distance down river from Castaway`s, a waterside restaurant with live music and an outdoor patio and the Kawkawlin River Public access where you can drive your snowmobile from the property and launch your boat to access the Kawkawlin River and Lake Huron. You can drive your boat back to the property and dock your boat right in front of the property. It is a great location for fishing, boating, snowmobiling and ice fishing!

Bay City State Park on the shores of the Lake Huron is only a 4 minute drive north. Bay City`s main shopping district is a 4 minute drive south where you`ll find a variety of restaurants, Meijer, Wal-Mart, Aldi, Menards, Home Depot and much more!
