I paid for a room with a king and pullout couch. The room was dirty with pubic hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Bath fan didn’t work and the pullout couch had a note on it saying “Please do not pull out couch. Broken” I informed the front desk and they couldn’t move rooms or do anything. Didn’t offer any sort of compensation. No blankets for person sleeping on the couch either.
