Toilet was plugged when I entered the room. Sink plugged on day 2. They unplugged while I was out, however did not clean up all of the black crud left behind. Also found a half eaten salad in the refrigerator.
Loved the size of the room. Stayed in the king executive suite and liked how it had a separate living room with a T.v, comfy couch, and two small tables. The king bed was huge that you didn't feel other person move around. The bed was supper comfy compared to other hotel beds. It was like I was sleeping on air. Staff was supper nice and courteous! Liked how it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room!
1 staff person was not very personable and the walls were thin.
This hotel was right off the highway, right across the street from a mall and had several dining and shopping options available, even within walking distance. The continental breakfast ran from 6 a - 10 a, and had hot food (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal), as well as your run of the mill cereal, bagels, yogurt, and pastries. There is a little concession shop inside which was great for a late night pick me up. Free wi-fi is always a plus, and the hotel staff were prompt and helpful.
It wasn't a "wow" factor for me, but it was fine. It felt clean and I was happy to be on the first floor.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. I will plan to stay there on my next trip back
Great Hotel, stayed at several in same area, best one so far.
I think this is the overnighting spot for Birch Run. Lots of hotels all in the same cul de sac. Great hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was nice. Deduct for no soap dish (just set the soap on the counter) and no towel bar for hand towel (just lay on counter?). That was kind of odd. However, room was very nice. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast didn't have any meat but it was very well stocked and refreshed even with only 15 minutes left of breakfast. Very convenient for Birch Run and Bronners.
People in hallways at 2 am. Loud and didn't seem to care about other people.
The hotel smelled bad in the hallways. We ask for a rollaway bed, never got one. We ask about the hot tub that was pictured on the internet. They told us it was removed and blamed Orbitz for not removing the picture. The person at the desk said the manager would talk to me about it. The manager never even tried to contact me. You go into the gym and by the phone it says for help call 911 or the desk. That would be fine but the phone has been removed. The customer service was very bad.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though our relatives are in Bay City this hotel was close enough to make the drive. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our return flight was delayed and they extended our last day so we could enjoy it in comfort.
It was great staff very friendly. The thing I did not like was the breakfast could of had more variety , with meat. We gad a great stay.
I was in town for business and arrived late in the evening. I was greeted by an warm and friendly personality who was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, clean and a good value. The morning breakfast (sausage gravy and biscuits) was a welcome surprise. Did not have time to use other ammenities. Highly recommend.
Got in late, left early the next day. Not much to say. Your average 3 star roadside hotel. Around $20 more expensive than it should be (the middle of nowhere) , but most of the other hotels were even more expensive. Overall everything was fine.
I was pleased with the room I booked for my daughters and I. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with other guests letting their children take over the hot tub. No complaints however with the hotel or staff.
We stayed at this hotel to catch an early morning flight. It was clean and highly functional. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. They have a great hot tub. I will definitely stay there again.
Fantastic, friendly staff. Varied and good free breakfast. Room, including bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable, Within walking distance of shopping and many place to eat. Go to Tony*s - local legend - worth it! Minor annoyance was the TV remote did not work properly - need to upgrade quality of cable television, I will definitely be returning - overall experience was wonderful,
