Great Hotel, stayed at several in same area, best one so far.

I think this is the overnighting spot for Birch Run. Lots of hotels all in the same cul de sac. Great hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was nice. Deduct for no soap dish (just set the soap on the counter) and no towel bar for hand towel (just lay on counter?). That was kind of odd. However, room was very nice. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast didn't have any meat but it was very well stocked and refreshed even with only 15 minutes left of breakfast. Very convenient for Birch Run and Bronners.

People in hallways at 2 am. Loud and didn't seem to care about other people.

The hotel smelled bad in the hallways. We ask for a rollaway bed, never got one. We ask about the hot tub that was pictured on the internet. They told us it was removed and blamed Orbitz for not removing the picture. The person at the desk said the manager would talk to me about it. The manager never even tried to contact me. You go into the gym and by the phone it says for help call 911 or the desk. That would be fine but the phone has been removed. The customer service was very bad.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though our relatives are in Bay City this hotel was close enough to make the drive. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our return flight was delayed and they extended our last day so we could enjoy it in comfort.

It was great staff very friendly. The thing I did not like was the breakfast could of had more variety , with meat. We gad a great stay.

I was in town for business and arrived late in the evening. I was greeted by an warm and friendly personality who was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, clean and a good value. The morning breakfast (sausage gravy and biscuits) was a welcome surprise. Did not have time to use other ammenities. Highly recommend.

Got in late, left early the next day. Not much to say. Your average 3 star roadside hotel. Around $20 more expensive than it should be (the middle of nowhere) , but most of the other hotels were even more expensive. Overall everything was fine.

I was pleased with the room I booked for my daughters and I. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with other guests letting their children take over the hot tub. No complaints however with the hotel or staff.

We stayed at this hotel to catch an early morning flight. It was clean and highly functional. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. They have a great hot tub. I will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Varied and good free breakfast. Room, including bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable, Within walking distance of shopping and many place to eat. Go to Tony*s - local legend - worth it! Minor annoyance was the TV remote did not work properly - need to upgrade quality of cable television, I will definitely be returning - overall experience was wonderful,

We were there to shop, so the location was great. But at the end of the day was looking forward to the hottub which was broken--bummer. And the complimentary breakfast wasn't that great - pre-packaged food!!!

The room was very nice, the beds were great. Loved all the extra pillows. Also had plenty of towels.

Friendly front desk clerk. Easy to find and use luggage carts. Lots of choices for breakfast - clean and nice.

coffee was great but for say $15 less a night they can keep the bagels and toast! Was supposed to have 42" flatscreens find out not all rooms have them yet. i needed to switch rooms because our tv was garbage and the girl at the desk said we could switch rooms but she couldn't upgrade me to a room with a flatscreen because ii booked online!!!!!

My trip was to visit my daughter going to school at Northwood Univ in Midland. I was looking for a place near a shopping center. This property has the Saginaw Fashion Mall across the street. I was able to take my daughter shopping most of the afternoon and we went to dinner at Red Lobster (.5 miles) without spending time getting there. Great stay for me !!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you were less than impressed with your stay. Your feedback will be shared with my staff to make improvements where necessary. We truly appreciate you bringing these to our attention to address. I also apologize for the confusion caused by the picture of our pool on our website. Our hot tub was just removed. While we made every effort to remove all mentions of it from our site, we are still waiting on new photography which unfortunately, takes a little time. I understand how confusing this must be to our guests and the frustrations it is causing. We hope with our continued efforts to improve every stay for our guests, you will give us another try next time you are in the area. Sincerely, Erica W. General Manager
