Then she asked if we wanted a queen or king. My reservation was for a king suite. She didn't act professional at all. Otherwise hotel is average. Bed is just ok

The people at the property were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was normal hotel fare.The thing I didn't like was that the pool was non-operational. I specifically picked this hotel because I needed the pool for my aching body.
