First and last time staying here! My son and I stayed here after a full day at Splash Village and my son’s first time at a hotel so he was over the moon excited. As we walked into the room, I looked over at the kitchen area and there was dried pieces of lettuce on the counter and a beverage spill down the wall that wasn’t cleaned up. As I was taking a shower, I go to use the shampoo and it’s completely EMPTY! I’m almost positive housekeeping didn’t do their job because the white comforter had fresh stains, some staff member literally flipped the comforter over to show the non-stained side. I will absolutely never return.

We had a prett good visit although when booking it was cheaper by 600 thru third party vs calling actual property which I didn’t like and was told after fact they should have beaten the other price but wasn’t told that when I called and told them it was cheaper online

Great breakfast chef

The hotel was very clean & new. Front desk clerks were very helpful & courteous. The pool water was a little too cold, but wasn't bad or a problem. The handle on the bathroom in a handicap room needed a minor repair, but again, wasn't bad. In all, it was a great stay for me, my sister, & our two dogs (the hotel is definitely pet-friendly), But the star of the show was the guy taking care of the breakfast area. He easily & proudly kept the food hot & fresh & filled. He helped my sister, who has mobility issues, get some food. And answered any questions politely & completely. He deserves the most praise, but the whole hotel staff deserves plenty of praise also. Great work!

I normally consider Home2Suites a good option and have stayed at the Saginaw location before. This stay was not positive. At 3:03 am, the fire alarm went off for maybe 5 seconds, long enough to wake me and not get back to sleep. The box of soap in the bathroom was dirty on the outside- reused? There was broken glass outside by the firepit and still there the next day, not cleaned up. Finally, we needed to use the extra couch bed- the extra set of pillow and blanket had no sheet. So, multiple things wrapped up into a not-so-good experience.
