The property was really clean, however there was a lack of transparency regarding the amount funds being held for incidentals. Additionally, there was no microwave or phone in my room. Considering the stature of the establishment, I expected more. Lastly, the valet service was very disorganized for it to be $35 per night.

I waited almost 2 hours in the lobby with my luggage, to get into my room. I was continually told that my room was not ready. It forced an unwelcome change of plans for that day. The evening staff was polite, professional and helpful in my only interaction over the next several days.
