Comfortable bed
Sink broke.. very dirty .. stains all over .
Room condition was good. Looks renovated. Breakfast was fine. Some vagabonds were roaming around that was the only negative side I found.
Loved the small porch we had although they could’ve done pulled some of the weeds out. Smelled like cigarettes throughout the hotel. If you’re taller than 6’5 the hallways are like a crawl space. Sink leaked really bad. Stains on the bed sheet. Super friendly staff they just need some major renovations to the place.

Was not the hotel at all. I tried to cancel reservation due to family member had a hard attach. Couldnt cancel without still being chatgef. Bu the way i never made it there. Will never use your service agai
The location was good for what I needed. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Free door dash delivery was an unexpected bonus, especially with the ice storm that was happening. The large pool/entertainment area had a lot of usable open space should anyone have active children needing somewhere to get their energy out, or a gathering place for large groups or teams to interact with each other and not bother other guests. Traffic light At gas station next to hotel made for easy way to turn left onto a busy road. Easy access to both north and southbound highways. The plastic on the heater was loose and vibrated loudly anytime it was running. EVERYTHING that happened in the next room was heard as if they were in my room. Very uncomfortable. The staff member who checked me in and out was friendly and helpful. The one at the desk on Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon didn't smile or respond to greetings. The water pressure was so low I didn’t think I would get the soap out of my hair. The hot tub was only warm, and more light was needed in the rec. area at night. The temperature in the rec. area could have been a little warmer. Decorations to make the space more inviting, and a seating area away from the pool would be nice. There is so much usable space in that area. They could easily make it an attractive selling point for large groups and families. Drop ceilings in the hallways give it a closed I’m feeling.
The room was nice, the building was dated. It is right off the freeway but the area is not nice. It appeared that this hotel had people living in it.
Had to spend a lot of time in lobby (didn’t allow late check out) and it was comfortable. The hotel is very nice. The area has seen better days. Not much to do in the immediate area.
It met our needs at the time. Staff was very good, and it had plenty of amenities but we did not use all of them. Does need a little bit of updating in a few of the areas
It was clean and quiet, even though there were a lot of guests. The elevators work really well and fast. Breakfast was fine, with a waffle maker, doughnuts, cereal and coffee. I would stay there again.
Nothing fancy. Carpets on the hallway were disgusting but the room was pretty clean. We weren’t able to use the amenities because of time. You can for sure hear your neighbors talking next door 😬

The outdoor pool was filled-in with dirt. The indoor pool was green. Thank goodness Michigan is the land of lakes, we had to go to a local lake to swim. The floors were filthy. Our door was a lightweight wooden door that stuck, it had been shaved down on the side, but the painted over in front so it stuck. We had to hop-check it to get it open!
