The best customer experience ever! Excellent customer service! Everything was perfect except the inside of the room, the color scheme was very unwelcoming and a bit uneasy. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bottom of the tub needs new paint. If it wasn't for the employees we would of stayed. I didn't not tell them what I'm sharing now.

The hotel is next to a bar. Bar patrons started parting in the parking lot at 9 pm and didn't stop until 3 am. We were on the 4th floor and the music was shaking the walls. Inside the hotel was booked with kids sports teams. The kids were running and screaming through the halls. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in any hotel.

The room was excellent. The only problems were out of the control of the staff, mostly. The neighboring hotel parking lot had loud visitors. However, your parking lot was "full" according to another patron who was playing games on the right side of the building (while facing the front of the building). When we drove to the other side of the lot, there was a box truck and an associated small truck taking up 6-7 parking spaces. Across from it was a suburban that was staying there and they were taking 2 spots that required parallel parking. Also, the doors would not open up for us when we walked in at 12:30 am (we checked in earlier at 3 pm).

Everyone was very friendly &more than ready to help in any way tat they could. Breakfast was very good & well looked after When we were going out of the hotel to attend to our business the desk clerks offered to give us any directions in order to find our destination. Over all a big help to visiters.

Accomodations were very good. Motel was adjacent to Route 131 for quick access to downtown. Much shopping and restaurants on 28th Street.

hotel staff very friendly. Great information from them. Lobby and hotel very clean. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Fresh lots of choices and coffee was fabulous.

Very comfortable clean room met all my needs, good work area. Sitting room and nice TV make relaxing easy.

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay. There were plenty of restaurant choices not far from the hotel. Beds were as comfortable as one would expect and the internet was serviceable.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff was very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but there was not much variety. No fruit or yogurt was available.

Didn't feel like it was a 3 star hotel. Fast, polite check in, but all night long the heater was making a ticking noise. Very distracting.

clean and convenient hotel. would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The room was clean, breakfast staff was excellent and the hotel is close to the highway.

Excellent. Did not expect to have an indoor pool and hot tub. Also exercise room available. Un-expected breakfast. Not just toast and coffee., but full breakfast. Excellent. The room was very quiet and was pleasantly surprised at the "No Parties Allowed" policy at the Hotel. I would stay here again.

We were in Grand Rapids for the birth of our grandson at Butterworth Hospital. Due to some unexpected complications, we were not able to check in by the 12 deadline. A quick phone conversation with Tina quickly rectified our dilemma. Jennifer answered the door quickly when we arrived, and even asked how our grandson and daughter were doing. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels.

We stayed here after going out in downtown GR. It was only a $14 cab ride. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean.

We checked in late on a Friday and felt the staff at the desk was very unprofessional looking and unkept. He had lot of "friends" using the computer room. Kinda strange.

Overall the hotel was fine..nice even. The rooms were clean, which truthfully is one of the most important things on my list. The rest was also pretty average..we got a great rate online, breakfast was typical of any similar hotel. Only two issues we encountered - check in...there was someone in front of us that was having an issue...two people working the check in desk, both working on helping this customer...we stood there 10-15 minutes and not once did either person look over and say "sorry - we'll be with you in a just a minute"...we were not even acknowledged...we finally checked in and no "sorry about the wait"..that's just simple customer service in my eyes. The next morning the file alarm went off in the room across from ours...no reaction, no one came....we finally called the front desk and they said "oh there's an alarm? We thought it was the waffle iron"! Really? Other than that - fine hotel for the $$

During the local ART PRIZE events we found the room and service great. There are some improvements that could be made but I feel as though that would reduce the price point and value that we found. The pool and hot tub were nicely maintained and the staff were attentive and friendly (especially during the breakfast time). The breakfast was actually very good as well (including waffles and biscuits and gravy) as well as boiled eggs, cereal, and danish. I really think the hotel was one of the better hotels I have stayed in especially for the price.

It was clean and comfortable but ultimately not near the place I needed to visit. Good value relative to other hotels in the area.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. we could hear a couple staffers talking in the far back and it was about 5 minutes before anyone came up. There was no bell or other means to get there attention, other than a shout that we were up there. The breakfast was sub par so we only had it our first morning. The danishes were dried out, the biscuits were hard and dry and the gravy congealed. The coffee quality seemed to be the cheapest that could be found. The view from our room window was the side parking lot and the dumpster. So, we kept the curtains closed. The second night, upon returning for the evening, the phones, wifi, and cable was out. The front desk staffer said they had lost power earlier and the manger had been there to turn the computers back on but had left. We waited hoping things would turn back on, but after a couple hours we went back down stairs. The staffer said she couldn't get a hold of the manager or general manager since the phones were out and she didn't have a cell phone. So, I let her borrow mine in order to hopefully get in touch with them. That seemed to work as one of them walked her through getting things up and running. The next morning when checking out, and skipping the breakfast, there was no apology for the issues from the previous night, no thank you for the use of my cell phone to contact management, no mention of it at all; just a you are all set. If the other hotels near downtown hadn't been booked for Art Prize, we definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel.
