Breakfast menu was limited but was good enough to get full. Lots of trouble with keys not working for garage and pool. No towels were available when swiming and the pool is only 4ft maxn though it said heated pool the pool was cold. Also an $18 parking fee was added per night that I was not aware of until I was already parked and checking in with not other parking optins. Carts were small triangkes and made it hard to fit luggage on. Room was nice and clean for the most part minus 2 spots of mold in the edges of the shower.

The room was neglected. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, the bathtub spicket was broken, the table had two broken legs and a round burn mark. The couch was covered in loose hair. There were holes in the curtains and there were purple streamers that looked like they were from a pompom left in the room. When I talked to the staff at the desk I was apologized too but offered nothing for the poor quality of our room. I was also told that the staff was already aware of the burn mark on the table and it was laughed off as if I was supposed to be OK. The breakfast dining area was understaffed and the tables were not wiped down in-between guests. I had to use hot water from the decanter and napkins to clean a table before we could sit down and eat. For the positive, the room was spacious and the swimming pool/workout area were decently sized compared to most hotels now a days. I will not stay there again.

One of the main reasons we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites was for the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub broke down when we were there. Also, in the middle of the night we heard dogs barking on the 4th floor as well as an extremely loud party happening in a room close to us.

Check in was super fast, room and all other areas of hotel were spotless. Apparently you’re supposed to request the shuttle a day and a half before you want it otherwise it’s not always available. They originally told us we wouldn’t have use of the area shuttle because we had not requested it, but when we went down to ask them to order a cab they said they had gotten permission to run it for us. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with alot of options available. We also liked that check out wasn’t until 12.
