The place was very musty smelling. Couldn’t use microwave or fridge it was filthy. Bathroom had little bugs and floor in bathroom looked liked it was never cleaned. Fan in bathroom barely worked. Front desk people were friendly!!!
This property has mold and smells to the point where we had to leave and go rent a room at Holliday Inn instead and the hotel will not refund me for the rooms I rented.
This is an older motel that is showing some wear, but is still very comfortable. Very good breakfast was offered. Check in and check out very efficient. What concerned us were the number of people staying there that didn't seem to have any purpose. Many hispanic types that smoked outside the security doors, but had them propped open so that they didn't need to use the key card.. There were other people that seemed to be living at the motel. Swimming pool was OK to cool off, but not large enough for a real swim. Neighborhood seemed to be very safe. Many places for eating and shopping.

My son is attending Davenport university in the fall and he orientation on Monday. The hotel was very close, we enjoyed our stay. Especially the continental breakfast!
It was a nice place to stay the night, no hassle lots of stuff close by.
The room was clean. The beds were not bad. It was Memorial weekend and the hotel was packed; noisy kids across from us, thumping from the room above us, and loud noises next door. Thankfully, everyone fell asleep by 3 a.m.
