Walk in shower No carpet smell
Hotel is very date. Room across from ours has construction going on and it was loud until 630 pm. Staff was slow at front desk as they were learning a new computer system. Shuttle to airport is great and the man working early morning was super friendly. Coffee in morning was really good.

The area around the hotel was full of restaurants and shopping. But the hotel is still very quiet and safe.

Clean and convenient motel. Great staff, very decent breakfast. Location is close to freeway and Costco and huge supermarket.
Everything was fine except the black out drapes were missing. Loved the shower and beds. Powdered eggs for breakfast were meh.

Hard to find, especially at night. Breakfast area seats was dirty. Not a great place. For what you get, price was okay but not great.
We were there for 3 nights, and specifically asked for all new towels one day, but never received them.

quick, easy check-in, nicely decorated. Clean. Quiet. Breakfast wasn't that great, but adequate. I prefer carpet to tile flooring for a more luxurious feel. Our room needed several areas of touch up on the walls and doors.
I liked the location. Did not like that the hot tub wasn’t working, I specifically asked before making the reservation a couple days earlier. Power cord was also bad on our cable box and needed to be serviced/replaced.
We got switched rooms because the first room wasn’t clean and the bathroom in the second room was not good.
It was nice looking from the outside & lobby was nice. My room smelled awful, the pool was cold, the elevator went out of service, I had 2 different incidents where my key to my room wasn’t working. Staff was friendly & helpful when not busy.
