Hard to find, especially at night. Breakfast area seats was dirty. Not a great place. For what you get, price was okay but not great.

We were there for 3 nights, and specifically asked for all new towels one day, but never received them.

Very clean!

quick, easy check-in, nicely decorated. Clean. Quiet. Breakfast wasn't that great, but adequate. I prefer carpet to tile flooring for a more luxurious feel. Our room needed several areas of touch up on the walls and doors.

I liked the location. Did not like that the hot tub wasn’t working, I specifically asked before making the reservation a couple days earlier. Power cord was also bad on our cable box and needed to be serviced/replaced.

We got switched rooms because the first room wasn’t clean and the bathroom in the second room was not good.

It was nice looking from the outside & lobby was nice. My room smelled awful, the pool was cold, the elevator went out of service, I had 2 different incidents where my key to my room wasn’t working. Staff was friendly & helpful when not busy.

Clean enough but quite dated.

Suite was roomy and bed comfortable. Bathroom looked to have been recently updated as did public areas of hotel. What was disappointing was the uncleanliness of the suite. It was badly in need of a deep cleaning. The patio was lovely except for the dirty, broken down seat cushions and cigarette butts in the bushes.

Love that they allow pets.

tv inop. no remote. could not fix tho i told them that the hdmi cabling was missing. staff made effort but did not listen. trash everywhere in the lot. ppl without mask in hotel. no coffee in our room. flag in lobby was askew and backwards - somebody train on this pls.

The price was excellent, the location was good for where I needed to go. I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area. Thank you!

This was a newer property and all was clean. Breakfast was good too!

The staff was very friendly upon check-in. My teenagers loved the free cookies in the lobby and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (temperature was perfect). The hotel was very quiet which made our stay enjoyable. One of my kids said it felt like we were staying in a big house because of the fireplace and staircase in the lobby. There was plenty of items to choose from at breakfast and the staff was attentive to when the items were getting low. What I ate tasted pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. When I'm in Grand Rapids again I will consider staying here again.
