We were almost there and our reservation was canceled. And we had to last min find another hotel for our anniversary. So heads up sat and Sunday you cant check in until one or AFTER 2. They close lobby. He said its on the website I looked everywhere its not. Poor customer service and my account was charged 2x so still waiting for 2 refunds, and had to pay for another place to stay. The guy who called to tell me they canceled it, as we were almost there was extremely rude Would give negative stars if i could

We needed a place that would sleep 4 adults and 2 big dogs. Real close to places to eat and walk to Starbucks in the morning. Not a 5 star place but really fit our needs for a place to sleep while visiting the hospital for a protracted stay.

Very spacious, but no pots, dishes or anything to be able to cook in the kitchen. No coffee machine, no toaster. The bed is not queen size it is full size which is smaller. There were not extra linens or a thicker blanket. Also no hair drier, neither tissues. Basic things that hotels or even motels have, they didn't have. But t was a very spacious studio apartment.

This place is like a mini apartment with kitchenette located in busy location with mall restaurants stores so everything is near and walking distance. Like any older type of motel/hotel there’s always the need for updating rooms outside fix this and that. If I was in the area again and needed a place I would stay again. Staff at front were pleasant

Wow. I guess the price is right, but this was the sketchiest place I've ever stayed. It was very clean, but that is the only plus. Rules given out upon arrival. That was a first. Not to worry, they weren't enforced. No blankets on the bed. 2 sheets. No plastic cup for the bathroom. I did not feel safe at all. There was a deadbolt but nothing for it to go into on the door jamb. There was a safety latch for what thats worth. First night I could smell 4 different types of pot. Second night it sounded like gunshots, but no sirens, so im not sure. I have never been in a place like this. The grounds were mowed, but weeds have overtaken the landscape, and everything else is crumbling. My recommendation is a hard pass. It was very clean though.

The properties details are a lie. MY room didn’t have trash cans, no dishes pot or pan, nightstand clock, etc. I had to ask for any & everything that WAS needed to try to accommodate my stay. The pictures on-line looks nothing like what they're offering.
