It is VERY clean and nice, safe, great price. Not many amenities, (like no breakfast, no cups in the room, only coffee in the lobby in the morning [with cups, only morning]). But exceptionally clean and nice. Like their motto, "Simple Done Better". And, no staff available during the night if you get locked out. It is a nice, clean, safe, quiet "extended stay" for a great price (at least a great price when I stayed).
This property is located close to malls and dining. Hand towels and kitchen towels were not available. Cooking utensils, pots, and pans were available for an additional charge. Free wifi was clocked in at 2 Mbs and had to be renewed daily. Other wifi options were available at an additional cost.
I liked the space, the kitchenette, the nearness of groceries (e.g., Trader Joe's) and shopping, and the newness of the place--but the walls were nearly paper-thin. If you are a heavy sleeper, no problem. Also, though it is a smokeless facility, if someone smokes in the adjacent bathroom that smoke can be pulled by the ventilation system directly into your bathroom! It was heavy enough that it seemed as if someone had just been smoking in our bathroom!
