Rooms were very clean and staff was super friendly. My furnace was making a loud squeaking and they promptly got me into a new room. Even when we had to check out early (late in the night) because we had gotten into a car accident on the way home and needed to go home, they were very kind with me.

Everything was outstanding. The rooms were really clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was great I travel quite a bit and this hotel is a gem. It was really quiet and located close to van andel stadium. It was perfect for our trip

This is a very nice hotel and we would stay again. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Appreciated several different wall hooks in the bathroom and room, not many hotels have those! The breakfast is wonderful, I especially loved the huge seating area and the variety of choices, and that there were three waffle irons! No waiting for a waffle. Also they kept it super clean, the attendant was wiping down the area constantly and tables were wiped immediately. It was great!
