Really cute place! It’s in a good area and has good amenities. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. He also came over and shoveled the walk after a snow storm! My only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom was very stiff, but that’s just a preference issue.

Arrived at this rental to find this rental was not as described as on VRBO. House was not well lit in the back and you could barely see the steps to the house and I have a senior dog. The front door was unlocked. Inside we had leftover food in the refrigerator, a dirty microwave, dirty stove and sink, filter to refrigerator was expired and needed to be changed. Blinds in the kitchen did not work, and the kitchen was not clean. The bedroom carpeting was filthy, the chair in the bedroom stained and dirty. Above the bed, was a cut out in the ceiling for who knows what. The patio blinds broken in one area. Register vents in the house were dirty. The bathroom has just a plastic clear liner and no shower curtain. The towels which were suppose to be white were stained. House had an odor probably due to the dirty carpeting. The pictures you see on VRBO is NOT what you are renting. The owners were difficult to deal with and uncooperative and verbally attacked us when we asked for a refund. We left the rental and also contacted VRBO on this property with our issues and will not use them again, as I am requesting a refund still waiting on a resolution. Beware the reviews were not VRBO reviews the 8.8 were calculated reviews from other sites. They called this a charming house, that never came to mind when I stepped into the house. We have rented fromVRBO before with no issues until this rental.
