Booked this room for the Tulip Festival due to a kids waterpark, however, we found the waterpark area is not as advertised. The hot tub is falling apart and dirty. It had sand & dirt on floor and foam bubbles that were brown. The ‘lazy river’ is actually just a tiny swirl pool that’s about the size of the hot tub. Water is freezing in both pool & kid play areas. Do not recommend, will not be coming back.

The property advertises an onsite restaurant and also prohibits bringing in any food. Yet the restaurant was closed the during our entire visit. It's obvious the property cannot keep staff because we could not get towels for the swimming pool and many times the front desk was vacant because the poor manager was trying to help guests who experienced shortages in amenities. I would not recommend booking this property.

Staff made effort to make the best of a declining property - needs investments in repairs/staffing[?] to bring up cleanliness and wear items/areas. Breakfast area turned into a bar, didn't notice that difference or was not on the website
Dirty pool area is ruff falling apart. Water was gross and cold. I booked for a king size bed and couldn't even get that.
They originally had posted the kids pool was closed on the door to pool area. Which was the whole reason for booking with them, but they did open it because there was so many kids there to use it. The room set up was nice, they had a table on wheels so u could roll it over to the couch to eat on.
The hotel was closed when we got there so we had to find another hotel last minute
This place was under construction... no restaurant nearby, no place to buy anything. Couldn’t get to my room withou some hassle. No hot water.
The property is under construction. Work being done downstairs debri everywhere. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Charged us to enter the pool area $57.00 for five people to just walk into the pool area. Room was dirty. Dried fluids on bed at check in. Mold in bathroom closet was broke. Lamps broke n dirty. Carpets were dirty

Easy access to freeways and close to downtown. Staff was very friendly.
We stayed there after a late evening flight in from Puerto Rico. The desk clerk had us virtually completely checked in upon our arrival. A credit card swipe and a couple of initials on the check in form and we were on our way to the room. We had a great nights sleep and headed down for breakfast which was very nice and much more than adequate. The staff there is very nice and the facilities are well taken care of. We will surely stay there again!
Overall great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff
Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was great. They even had a free kids movie and ice cream night during our stay. Splash park isnt huge, but perfect size to keep close eye on the kids and they loved it. Our only complaint was the cable TV was being worked on for our 3 day stay and sometimes was not on.
Stayed for business. Breakfast had a decent selection. Coffee was always available in the lobby. No shuttle from the airport.
We loved it. We come back every year. The kids absolutely love it . Love the adult hot tub.
