We flew into a large thunderstorm, and it was a little scary at times. The pilots and flight attendants let us know this ahead of time and prepared us. As a nervous flyer, I appreciate this tremendously. While I don't want to know every detail of "troubling air," it is nice to be prepared and hear a confident voice from the crew that we are going to land safely.
