Flights Review

Mar 4, 2020

The charge for being couple pounds over on our checked baggage is very excessive. Should not be a hundred dollars for 2 pounds.

Dec 3, 2019

The bus we had to take before boarding the plane was the worst part. I waited on the bus longer than the plane was in the air. I had to stand the whole time and I have a bad back and knee.

Jul 6, 2019

Very accommodating. My flight was canceled on July 4 and I deftly maneuvered past the service line, exiting the boarding area. I went to the original check in area and a most kind gentleman was able to swiftly arrange seating on the next day for my flight to Grand Rapids. Luggage went on an earlier flight and I was able (intuitively) able to instantly locate it when I exited the plane the following day. Love that intuitive sense and it worked perfectly. Thanks. A+ trip experience! 😇
