The staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told that there was only one room on my reservation and then was charged for two. When I explained this to the assistant manager, she was argument blamed me for her mistake. The place was nice, but the experience was terrible.

Great time!

All of the staff we interacted with were amazing. We needed a shuttle to the airport, and the desk clerk scheduled it when we arrived. In the morning the shuttle was having an issue of some sort, so the clerk set up an Uber X for us. Breakfast was delicious, too.

Don’t count for the breakfast offering

We wanted to really love this place except for the breakfast situation. None of the warm breakfast staples were available because someone didn’t showed up for work. We traveled with 2 high school athletes and chose the convenience of getting them breakfast before the games. Instead we have to drive to Panera. Brought it up to staff but no one seems to care. Very disappointing considering we’re Hilton Honors members.
