Hotel is very outdated. Clunky loud air conditioner. No hot water at night or in morning. No coffee available at 7am.

All was nice and relaxing

My girlfriend and I left 15 minutes after checking in. Floor and bedside chair were extensively stained.

I liked the space outside along the riverfront. But the place was not clean. Visible grime in the corners of the bathtub. There was also a huge ring around the pool like it hasn’t Been cleaned in months, maybe longer. The same used bandaids were on the floor next to the pool for 2 days in a row.

Great location & I loved the 8’ deep pool, the bed & pillows were comfy. The room was beat up, lots of scratches/knicks in the furniture & a large stain on the chair. The fridge wouldn’t seal, we had to wedge it against the cabinet to stay closed.

I enjoyed the stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I used the pool which was nice and quiet. Overall the facilities were as expected and nice. I'll say my only negative and it wasn't their fault but, The ac wasn't on upon a very late night arrival (1am) and the room took a bit to cool down but it overall i felt the room was worth the price i paid.

Let me start

The hallway to the room was dark and dreary, almost giving away how the room was going to be. Inside the room, the furniture was scratched and in bad shape, phone didn't work, and the wireless internet wouldn't stay connected. The staff was rude upon check out also.

The hotel itself is rundown. There was literally blue painter tape on the walls in our room in a poor attempt to hold wallpaper in place. The sheets had stains (i hope they were stains). The ceiling above the toilet was cracked very badly. We found multiple hairs around the room as if it were only half cleaned. I took a chance and stayed here to be close to a cheer competition as opposed to staying where we normally stay in G.R and i will never stay again. I ended up paying 205 for one room and 195 for another and they were the same room. Just not worth that kind of money for one night.

Staff was wonderful. Back elevators don’t work making coming and going a pain. Building is old and in need of a remodel. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.

The location is excellent related to why I go to Grand Rapids.

Room and hotel were very clean. The hotel was convenient to many things downtown. Unfortunately I could not check in early (I arrived at noon on a Sunday) but apparently all rooms were booked the night before so they were cleaning all rooms.
