Beautiful view of the river but the windows in the rooms need cleaned/rep[laced.

PRO: For our purposes this was a convenient choice. We were artists exhibiting with ArtPRIZE. This hotel had free, easily accessed parking and was close to main source street. I also like that there was a Starbucks coffee bar available in the a.m. CON: I did not like that there was no regular maid service. I had to request towels would be brought when I signed in. In the three days we were there no toiletries were replenished. There was only one tiny little soap, and even that was not replaced during the three days. My husband thought the bathroom wasn't clean enough so we bought disinfectant the first day. The next day we shopped again for our own bar of soap and body lotion. Little things mean a lot to the weary traveler. I'm old-school. I remember when a hotel stay included having your bed made. Alas.

We ordered some food for delivery and left it on the table unopened after eating and it was completely covered in ants. Staff did not care when they were informed. Walls were pretty thin as well so could hear quite a bit from other guests.

After a HORRIBLE experience at the Holiday Inn Express Airport North, we were forced to book a new room at the last minute.. This hotel could not have been better! Friendly staff, clean, close to downtown. Thank you!!

The shower didn't work. They promised, and confirmed, a room for me next to my family but then gave it to someone else. The lobby is updated and nice but hallways and rooms are run down. When I informed the front desk about the broken shower I was told a manager would call me and that never happened.

The room and overall property were very good, and the pool and hot tub area was fantastic, probably the highlight of the hotel. The only disappointing thing was having to pay for breakfast when it was more or less the same as any other hotel includes with the price of a stay. However, there were no issues other than that and this is a great hotel in a great location!

Hotel is very outdated. Clunky loud air conditioner. No hot water at night or in morning. No coffee available at 7am.

My girlfriend and I left 15 minutes after checking in. Floor and bedside chair were extensively stained.

I liked the space outside along the riverfront. But the place was not clean. Visible grime in the corners of the bathtub. There was also a huge ring around the pool like it hasn’t Been cleaned in months, maybe longer. The same used bandaids were on the floor next to the pool for 2 days in a row.

Great location & I loved the 8’ deep pool, the bed & pillows were comfy. The room was beat up, lots of scratches/knicks in the furniture & a large stain on the chair. The fridge wouldn’t seal, we had to wedge it against the cabinet to stay closed.
