Was uneasy staying for the first time in a hotel since Covid. But, was very happy with how clean our room was. Door was even sealed when we entered. Would recommend this hotel & staff.
Very comfy room and excellent staff. Very curtious and accomodating easy check in. Room very clean.
Clean, quiet and had restful sleep. Had to wear a mask due to covid ordinance when outside of room.
Property was fine, clean and well kept. Very consistent for a Hampton. However when I went to check in early I was told there were no queen rooms available. which was fine I was early. When I went back in the evening they gave me a one bed king room.. when I questioned them they said well you used a third party and no preference was given. I told her well this morning you had it as two queens when I tried to check in early. So the desk clerk seems to feel orbitz customers are not priority Said she was going to give me a discount, but I haven't seen it yet
Asking for a room close to my own brother was a chore and had to switch rooms and floors because mis information led us to be in a room with 1 bed and 3 kids, which was explained in my reservation that 2 beds were needed. The couch bed smelled like someone peed on it as well
Hotel is fine, nothing to write home about. Rooms are not super quiet as I could hear the guy snoring in the room next to me. Breakfast was super bland, but it's free.
My experience was very positive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great; one of the better ones I have had. Thank you.

I was sick, they were wonderful to me. Breakfst room looked out on a quiet lake even though hotel is in a shopping area.

We were in the area to visit the Meijer Gardens Park & Sculpture park. Pretty decent hotel experience. Staff hotel was fast, efficient, and courteous. Room could have been cleaner. A used shampoo and conditioner was left behind on top of the shower door frame. The mirrors above the whirlpool hot tub in the room were pretty dirty. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable for me (I'm a one pillow type of person and I'm not picky). Everything else was good though. Great location and room size. Breakfast was better than other hotels, although I did not like the cramped area that the food bar is in. The dining area was very nice though. The amount of towels supplied were more than enough which is a rarity for me. Pool area appeared maintained well. Overall I liked the hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Bring your own pillow.
The staff at this hotel were pleasant and accommodating. They went out of their way to switch is to an upgraded room when we requested it, and to give us the best value on that room.
The staff were great. They certainly delivered on getting us anything we needed. Our room was immaculate and the whirlpool was great.
The hotel was very nice but expensive. Our room was noisy. We think there may have been a ice machine on the floor directly above. We heard noise all night. The only other complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable.
Made this reservation for my husband for a family emergency and being sight unseen...he said it was everything he could have wanted or needed . The Staff was extremely pleasant. Great location and very comfortable bed. Great Coffee. He really had no time for entertainment so that was not an issue. If we return for another visit we now know where to stay and can reccomend it to others.
Great trip for the whole family including our dog.
