Checkin was a very hot, 3 hrs long and very stressful. The staff was very slow and there was no fan in the area. When we finally got checked in the rooms The rooms were missing the requested bed accommodations, the phone and fridge didn’t work, on another room the sink was clogged and the bathroom door was broken which caused one person to stay locked in for over an hour and couldn’t get out so they gave us another room. The room keys kept deactivating even even thought they were not near our phones. The food was alright but the drinks were watered down and no alcohol. Non alcoholic drinks tasted the same as alcoholic ones. The staff looked stressed and overwhelmed. I understand we are on a pandemic and things will be a bit different but this was definitely not worth the money we paid or the experience we were hoping for.

I loved the resort, but some of the staff were not attentive and were in a bad mood

Service was friendly, attentive, and always available.

The most amazing staff ever

Not a Five star resort. Full of locals. Food not as expected, repetitive and lack of food variety. Drinks sucks… no Mojitos available at the time of my stay. Long lines for check-in. Not coming back.

They should invest some money in that resort, from the staff the only person that treat people nice and lovely is Eliezer, that kid should be placed in a higher position or in a better one Iberostar. The food at the restaurant seems to be old, I ate at the Mexican restaurant and rhe guacamole was BLACK. Honestly is not a olace that i would go back

This place is not by a long shot what they advertised to be. The worst vacation experience

The resort was completely amazing, from the staff, the room, the food, great quality of everything.

All was perfect: property and the beach

Resort was always clean and staff was gracious and always helpful

This is my go to Resort when visiting the Dominican Republic. The food and service is spectacular. Paradise

Local people move in on Friday afternoon till Sunday use swimming pool in jeans, socks , T-shirts. Almost every group has their own music boom box playing loud within few meters from each other. Swimming pool overcrowded and dirty. International tourist have no ability to relax and majority try to escape to town. Long lines to get the food and if you don’t manage to beat the crowd nothing will be left for you.

The food here is delicious 😋

the property and amenities were very well maintained.the food was great and staff was very friendly. One of the staff members really stood out "Marlon " went above and beyond to make our vacation experience the best it could be i will definitely recommend it and plan on returning soon
