The resort was clean, pleasing, and plenty of space. The food however left something to be desired. I feel that quality was sacrificed for quantity. Even the "nicer" dining areas were somewhat of a disappointment. The Flame was a total disappointment. The grilled chicken wasn't grilled and was very dry. The Strip steak wasn't what a Strip steak should be and was mostly fat and gristle. The food at the grills at the pool and the party were fantastic. The staff was great.

Not everyone may like my opinion about this resort, but it depends on the people themselves what they are looking for. In my opinion, everything was great, the service staff was wonderful, the food was excellent everywhere. The place is great, maybe only the ocean itself, not so much more precisely the water soles, but you can see that they are trying to collect soles and sandy beach, but it is always difficult to get along with nature, everything else is the highest rating. Palm groves are arranged everywhere, you feel like you are in the most wonderful natural world, in the evenings it is incredibly quiet no one bothers you, you can enjoy the ocean breeze in peace.

This property does not have a swimmable beach, so if your wanting to lay out or have a beach view, this isn’t the place.. however, the pools are amazing! Food is good but drinks and bartenders were outstanding! Room was ok.. we stayed at the ventus ha, rooftop bar is amazing! we went to celebrate my daughters 18th bday, and no one ever mentioned it! I told them beforehand, I left a tip in the envelope for the cleaning lady of the room, she wore a bday sash at the Italian restaurant, and was even given a birthday pin button at check in bc I told them that’s why we were there is to celebrate her bday and NOTHING! It was my daughters first time at a resort and sadly, she wasn’t impressed.. we have gone to several different properties there in riviera maya, but will not return to this one 😒 resort is clean, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff.,the Marina side seemed more upbeat and fun, and had better restaurants and buffets.. mini bars were not restocked daily, we had to call room service as well as restocking the water.. room service has good food and liked that it is 24 hour! My daughters preferred that then the buffets.. parking is free but you park on side of the street, they offer free valet when available.. check in and check out we’re fast and easy..
