Supershuttle private transfer from the airport we payed for didn’t wait for us as described in their voucher. Long line of people waiting for their vehicle. Took more than an hour to get a shared ride, we were the last ones on the route. Flight from NY to Cancun took as long as getting from Cancun Airport to Sandos resort. We payed for private car, we did not get it.
