We were surprised that the online photos did not match what the place really looks like. It was nice but much smaller then the photos pictured online. We did enjoy our stay and most of the staff were friendly and pleasant.

quiet and close to swishy downtown. I'd stay there again.

Nice place..big rooms..great location..2 blocks off of 5th Avenue South in Old Naples..quiet..nice staff..nice pool..nice..overall!

Great Location. Good Value For Old Naples. Clean Rooms. Friendly Staff.

We loved the Hotel, perfect location to all. Never had to drive. Enjoyed

Very elegant hotel, rooms have high ceilings and ample space. The front desk staff was not overtly friendly when I checked in, and they were very strict to keep the check-in time to 4:00. The front desk staff when I came back around that time was much friendlier. It really comes down to greeting guests when they walk in the door and smiling during exchanges—this was an extra touch that was missing. No fitness center, but nice heated pool and facilities. I personally really enjoyed the soap and lotion!

Everything about the atmosphere and facilities was top notch. A warm and elegant, but totally comfortable experience with surprisingly reasonable rates. Beautiful furnishings, immaculate rooms, hallways, gathering spaces. Gorgeous Christmas decorations. Free parking, and we walked to Old Naples downtown. Two blocks to a park, and one more to amazing Fifth Avenue, all lit up for the Holidays. It was an all-around pleasure of being at the Trianon.

We were in Naples for a mix of business and pleasure. My husband and I were working our daughters (21 and 23) got to vacation. This hotel met all of our needs easily!! Walking distance to beach and shopping, easy to get to our job. Definitely will be staying here again!

Love the location and the shower.. Would stay again.

Booked this on our way in to Naples at or around 5pm. When we arrived, one staff member at the front desk was nice, the other not so much. They booked us in to a single king bed room which was ADA compliant, so everything was huge! Lots of space to run around and spread out. Hotel was really quiet, we only saw a few other guests. We walked over to 5th Ave around dinner time, got some dessert and walked back. A very nice evening for us. Check out in the morning also had a guy with a weird sort of vibe but since we were heading out the door, I really didn't care.

It looks nice in the picture but is outdated and could use some help.

Worth for price you pay Good location Nice staff

Maid service terrible !! No one speaks english so very hard to communicate.

Very nice facilities, friendly staff, and close to just about everything. We look forward to a return visit soon.

Very quiet, only difficulty was inability to use the computer in the business area, had to go to a Staples.

Problems: Keurig coffee maker didn't work. We notified the front desk on the first day. Nothing got done for two days. On the third day, we mentioned it again and they fixed it. Bathroom sink (left-hand side) was stopped up. The water did not drain properly and became backed up. We mentioned this to the front desk on the first day but it never got fixed. My husband couldn't get into the Internet in our room. He had to take his laptop out to the lobby to do his work (his on-line teaching). Not convenient.

I choice this hotel because of location. If I would of known that they were sealing front entry to hotel - was horrible smell and unsafe I never would of stayed there. The breakfast area was also torn down located by front desk and was dusty loud very disturbing. I felt like I was ripped off on this stay, I'd like 1/2 of my money back!!!

Everythuing about this hotel meet our expectations!!

Just what we were looking for. Close to beach and shopping.

The Trianon is conveniently located just a few blocks from the 5th Ave shopping/dining district in Old Naples. The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms were great. There is a nice pool area that we took advantage of each day. The breakfast area off the lobby includes dining tables on a covered outdoor patio. Overall, a very nice stay.
