Very nice facilities, friendly staff, and close to just about everything. We look forward to a return visit soon.

Very quiet, only difficulty was inability to use the computer in the business area, had to go to a Staples.

Problems: Keurig coffee maker didn't work. We notified the front desk on the first day. Nothing got done for two days. On the third day, we mentioned it again and they fixed it. Bathroom sink (left-hand side) was stopped up. The water did not drain properly and became backed up. We mentioned this to the front desk on the first day but it never got fixed. My husband couldn't get into the Internet in our room. He had to take his laptop out to the lobby to do his work (his on-line teaching). Not convenient.

I choice this hotel because of location. If I would of known that they were sealing front entry to hotel - was horrible smell and unsafe I never would of stayed there. The breakfast area was also torn down located by front desk and was dusty loud very disturbing. I felt like I was ripped off on this stay, I'd like 1/2 of my money back!!!

Everythuing about this hotel meet our expectations!!

Just what we were looking for. Close to beach and shopping.

The Trianon is conveniently located just a few blocks from the 5th Ave shopping/dining district in Old Naples. The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms were great. There is a nice pool area that we took advantage of each day. The breakfast area off the lobby includes dining tables on a covered outdoor patio. Overall, a very nice stay.

It was so confortable that we reserve in Trianon Bonita Beach continuing our journey. Staff excelent. You can pick up umbrella and chair for the beach. You can not rent any service beach up there. The only mistake for me is not to bring during breackfast knive and fork. There were natural orange to eat.

Our first trip to Florida was pretty much a disaster until we arrived at the Trianon Hotel in Naples. We used the Trianon on our second trip as a base for home shopping. Now that we have moved away, the one benefit is the opportunity to stay at the Trianon again and again and again. Truly one of my favorite hotels in the whole world.

The staff were helpful. The pool was lovely but the lack of fitness facilities on site is a drawback. The setting is beautiful and although you are next to all the Old Town activity it is relaxed. The location makes getting in and out of relatively congested area easy.

I enjoyed it and loved the location. Walk to shops, restaurant and beach. Room was somewhat stuffy on arrival but opening up the balcony doors helped.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel!

In old Naples, convenient to shopping and restaurants

This was a wonderful, quiet weekend getaway for my wife and I. The hotel rooms were spacious (although we missed out on a balcony because we reserved late). The pool was located in a nice quiet patio area surrounded by trees and hedges. The location was amazing - a minute walk to the bustling, cute downtown street w delicious restaurants and fun shops. You could walk to beach, but on recommendation of the terrific hotel staff, we drove a few minutes to a less crowded area and had a tremendous, relaxing afternoon on the beach. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would stay there again in a heartbeat - perfect if you want smaller, quiet atmosphere!

We came to Naples to relax and enjoy the beach, as well as to head into the Everglades. Trianon had a great location on a quiet street in a neighborhood. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach, and was very close to the shopping and restaurants of Fifth Avenue. All in all, this was a great place to stay!

GREAT LOCATION SHORT WALK TO 5TH AVE RESTAURANTS YET QUIET RESIDENTIAL LOCATION. OLDER BUT WELL MAINTAINED. NICE POOL BUT SPENT MORE TIME AT BEACH LESS THAN A 5 MIN DRIVE ANOTHER BONUS.

We loved the feel of the old Florida elegance and could not have asked for a more central location to everything we wanted to do. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife were within easy walking distance, but far enough from the buzz to be quiet. Beaches and golf are very close and waterfront dining is minutes away. The hotel is older, but very comfortable and each room had a step out balcony. The continental breakfast was a little sparse with only your choice of carbs, but nicely laid out. Complimentary newspapers in abundance and a very friendly staff.

Hotel was nice. Great location. Front desk person helpful. Breakfast (most important meal of the day) no good ;-(
