Location, location, location, walking distance right near 5th Ave. S, and the many restaurant options available there. Nice big rooms, very comfortable.

Great location. Close to 5th Avenue and other attractions. Friendly staff. No restaurant, but coffee, drinks, and snacks available to purchase. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Just okay

The location is super convenient. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel. The room smelled really bad, like mold and mildew. We all had sore throats after our three night stay. We had to leave our slider open to get fresh air. The balcony isn’t a real balcony. It overlooked the alley and it’s about 8” deep and 4” long.

The hotel is nice ,clean, classic style in down town Naples,we enjoyed our staying at the property even though check in is late at 4 pm.

I loved the feeling of this hotel and the location. This hotel is very inviting. The location is the best. you can walk to downtown for shopping and dinning. Great restaurant choices and you are only a few minute walk to the beach. For the money is was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was we had a nice balcony but no chairs to sit out on it and it over looked the back parking lot. That was disappointing. The staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations to nearby restaurants. we would stay here again!

This hotel has an extremely friendly staff. Our room was very clean and the bed was nice and firm. Stayed for two nights and both nights were a restful and quiet sleep. The location is perfect walking distance from the main strip of 5th avenue without the high volume traffic.

everything was ok, except breakfast little offer and very expensive the price for what there was.

The property was great my only complaint was the air-conditioning was not really cold just lightly cool in our room in Florida its a must

Located in walking distance to 5th Ave South and 7 blocks from the beach, this hotel is great. The hotel team was amazing, the room clean to the fullest, nice bathroom with space and marble tiles, spacy room with nice beds, all perfecct. The hotel team made it extremely comfortable for us to help where ever was a need. The room was sanitzed prior we arrived and the hotel did let us know that there is not a room service to avoid the spread of the virus However, they provided us at any request with all essentials from towels, coffee refill, soaps and left it at our door, so nobody of the staff need to enter our room during our 4 day stay. We apprecciated this kind of social distance to be safe. Perfect idea for traveling during the year of corona virus. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the very future. Funny part was, my family came 4 days earlier and decided to stay in another hotel in proximity, when I came we moved to this Trianon. The family was so disapppointed with the other hotel, they wanted to leave early. When they arrived in Trianon and me too, they changed their mind and told me that they made a mistake to book the other hotel for the days earlier, the other hotel was dirty, unfriendly staff etc. Well done hotel team of Trianon Old Naples.

Nice, neat and convenient. Had all that we needed.

I likes Peter and Jessica and the other front desk girl with brown hair. The room was lovely and the lobby was too. Peter made our stay special as well as the counter girls. The one girl yelled at me for asking for clean towels- I don't know her name but it made me feel uncomfortable as she said back in a loud screaming type voice. " You know what is pandemic? and you asking for towels? She was nasty and I reported the incident to her manager who informed me that she would talk to her. You should train your people to be respectful and kind in public service ice. The girl who yelled at me was large in size.

Beautiful setting And nice staff but really wish they could put coffee and water in the lobby for no cost. Have to leave for every meal. Lovely lobby

Location very good Rooms very clean Staff was very nice

Close to restaurants and great places to walk. Friendly staff.

It would be nice if it had a restaurant and bar. Location was great, pool was great and rooms were nice.

Hotel is in a great location but be warned that it has many balcony-less rooms overlooking the back alley and garbage. Staff won’t relocate guests to a similar room with a “street view” without charging them a premium. Some staff need lessons in customer service. Room infested with tiny “ghost ants”. Had my room cleaned (didn’t seem to help), shook out my clothes and wiped my luggage but still hoping they don’t infest my home. Small pool with lots of shade and not enough lounge chairs. Great location but overall not impressed, given the $ I paid.
