Host was fantastic. Very responsive and friendly. House was well appointed. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and had plenty of linens. Location to the beaches and shopping was also great. Highly recommended and hope to return!

Two years in a row, it gets better every year, find everything easy to get to relaxing right away, Chris has thought about our needs ahead. The pool is one of the best kept and inviting pools, the temp is warmed perfectly. We are seniors and find staying there very convenient. Thank you Chris, we want to come again.

The rental was clean and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The house is close to everything. The host was very responsive.

It was our second summer staying here and always a great time. Pool and hot tub are awesome. Location is close to so many beautiful beaches and awesome restaurants. Chris is a great host and always super responsive. Look forward to staying again!

The perfect family vacation

Spent the week with all 4 of my kids (two now adults living in Florida) and this home was perfect! So close to the beach and shopping, well stocked, fantastic owners, great communication, awesome amenities, super clean, great neighborhood, clear and easy instructions. I can see why this home is rated so highly!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The pool and spa were first class and the distance to the beach was fairly short. Enjoyed a morning riding the bikes provided.

Quiet private and relaxing

I loved Vanderbilt beach and the house was so close to the beach . No hotel . A private place to stay with my 3 grandchildren. I loved how clean it was . Loved the pool. Everything was perfect!!!

Wonderful house in north Naples

This house is well-maintained with a phenomenal pool and hot tub. Beds are super comfortable and we had a great time, relaxing by the pool and taking beach walks. Location is convenient to everything you need

Naples Oasis!

It was exactly as described and a perfect house for our family. We enjoyed the extra amenities: high chair, beach chairs, beach umbrella, extra towels, lovely pool, and closeness to the beach.

Great Visit

My 90 year old father, sister and I loved staying here. We used the pool and outdoor dining table multiple times a day and found the indoor accommodations to also be very comfortable, clean, updated, and well-equipped. We are already talking about staying here on our next trip!! Highly recommend!

The house is located in a perfect area for us and it is a ranch house. We have our daughter, son in law and 6 month old granddaughter in the area so location is perfect.
