The property was nice and the front desk staff was amazing during our stay. However when walking into our room for the first time - it had a faint fish smell. Imagined that it would go away. It only got worse over the time we were there. Told front desk about it when checking out due to the hours and days we were actually at the room - we didn’t get to see the staff much.

The front desk guy was rude. The hotel didn’t have irons, ironing boards, batteries for the remote, nor did they have ice. The guy was so rude about it. I will never stay there again. I’d rather pay $499 a night somewhere than to ever choose this place again

Property is centrally located close to the VPS airport and near the bay. Very convenient CVS is in the same parking lot and Publix Market is within walking distance. Rooms are average; small kitchenette with good size fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop and cabinets. No utensils, coffee pot, or cooking accessories are provided. Beds leave much to be desired but were very clean. Floors were new wood and clean. Nice area, but sketchy population.

One of the worst, doesn’t have hair dryer, lacks several basic amenities. Rooms are small and not comfortable. We didn’t get what we paid.

Stayed here with my 2 children for over a month while house hunting. Staff was very accommodating each time I asked.

Hallway smelled really bad, room was a little dirty. Cleanness in the room was a little dirty especially in the bathroom. Wash tub was not clean nor the toilet. No accessories in the room, and very basic and extremely small room. The location of the hotel is bad, hidden and next to a filthy auto mechanical shop. Overall stay was fair, I have stayed in many economical hotels in better locations and conditions.

The room was fairly clean. The refrigerator had food in it. The tub had water in it. The one and only roll away bed they had was broken. They only had one plunger. They only had one iron and ironing board available. It took forever to get it. We didn't get clean towels after our first night. We had to go ask for toilet paper. I'll never stay there again.

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, another a cookware set, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We are so sorry that was not what you expected and was an inconvenience during your stay. We hope you'll visit us again for a truly wonderful experience.
