Friendly staff, clean room, not too far from I75, very high dog cleaning fee compared to most hotels, but nightly rate was more reasonable.

rooms very dirty and my daughter got bit while sleeping never staying again.

Bad smell, burned marks from cigarrets all over the blankets

Room was disgusting, dirty, beat up, found a men's dirty sock in the bed, empty can under the dresser, and a hair tie around the bathroom door knob. There was only 1 bath towel for our family of 4. They offer complimentary breakfast bags and apparently the rule is only 3 when you have 4 staying in the room, found that odd! I expected much more being it is owned by Wyndham. We did not feel safe at this hotel. Terrible stay!!!!

Checking in went smoothly enough at 8pm but my room was not very ‘put together.’ The bed was made pretty sloppily and when I went to take a shower in the morning it was clear the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was a Pubic hair in the toilet bowl and lots of other hairs on the shower floor and walls! So gross that I put a small hand towel on the floor to stand on while I showered. My room was right outside the ice and vending machines and you can hear everything through the walls. So thin are the walls that a car alarm going off at midnight woke everyone up. I’m sorry but this property is a dump and a scam and I’ll never feel comfortable renting a hotel room from Travelodge again. (I don’t have pics but I took videos, too large to post).

Decent rooms ... needs improvement with the key systems for the doors. we were constantly having to have our key redone.

We have stayed several times here. The price is great and the staff is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice pool and close to beaches and shopping. It's not the Hilton but very affordable and clean. Can't say enough about the staff. Friendly and helpful always

Everything very good, surprised by the lowest priced motel on orbitz for the Ft. Myers area--- I had a nice room right by an excellent swimming pool. Quiet and convenient Location.

We arrived late at night. The night staff woman was pleasant. We really liked her. When we arrived, the room smelled very strong like urine but it was late and we decided nothing would be done in the middle of the night. The comforter was also very stained and we just removed it from the bed. We left a note in our room requesting the urine smell be cleaned when the cleaning person came through. We had invested 4 nights into the hotel so we wanted to be comfortable. It was clear he/she made the bed but that's all that was done. We then went to the store ourselves and bought vinegar and paper towels. I wiped down the entire bathroom several times until the smell went away. It was awful! It was even more frustrating how brown all the towels were as I wiped everything down. It was clear that the floor had not been cleaned in months. I can handle a no frills hotel room but basic cleanliness is essential. I also didn't mind that there wasn't breakfast provided. I also listed the score for facilities as low since we were told not to put our key card next to anything in our wallets or our keys. Basically, if we couldn't put it in our pockets or purses, how were we supposed to carry it? We needed to have maintenance come to fix our door locking system. Maintenance resolved it for that period of time, but having a locking system that is not always effective at a hotel just doesn't make sense. I would say that the site needs new cleaning staff and a new lock system.

Oh my word, everyone we talked to was so crabby, sorry we ruined your day by staying at your hotel.

Stayed one night to keep the airfare low. The prices listed for airfare online were not accurate making the stay at the lodge to get the lower airfare.

The staff were very helpful ! I was bitten badly by bed bugs. I'm sure they have bedbugs in many rooms. They probably need to take every room apart to locate the home of the bedbugs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to escape Hurricane Matthew on the East Coast of Florida. We were happy with the overall comfort and accommodations. This hotel accepts pets which we were very pleased to see. The only things we would like to see different would be to include a non skid surface to the showers as they were very slippery and dangerous and we would also like to see more towels be able to be provided in the rooms for comfort. The TV remote was not in great use as the batteries kept wanting to fall out and the buttons for the volume were not working well either. Other than those couple of items, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and our stay was enjoyable. Thank you.

The beds are as rocks. The ac didn't work properly. Not very clean. The room was full of roaches. When I told the front desk they offered to move me to a new room. If there are roaches in one room they are in all the rooms. No refunds offered so I would have to pay for a nasty room.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was an average size room. There were marks all over with dirt on the door. The water wouldn't go down the drain. If you are here for a trip where you just need to sleep and use the pool than this would work. But for a family I wouldn't recommend. The phone in the room had several missing buttons as well.

This place is run down. Cigarette butts all over and the grounds and needs fixing up. Gave me a smoking room which I did not take but got a room with 2 beds instead of a non smoking king room and had to pay same price. We stay and Wyndham places most of time but this was not a good stay. Sorry.

Associates were accommodating to guest requests comfortable room.

They are right when they say you get what you pay for

We were looking for decent and inexpensive one-night stay accommodations somewhat close to the beaches & shelling on Sanibel Island. The room smelled awful and the pool was closed. Did not like the desk clerk wanting to photocopy my driver's license and credit card. Plus side: bathroom had been re-done and the shower was decent. The place just felt shady.

The hotel was great, staff was great... A great way to bring in the New Years !!!
