We all enjoyed our stay. The balcony was everyone's favorite. . You could not hear anything from the other rooms in the hotel. Our room was comfortable & pleasant. The bedding was superior. The hotel staff was very nice & accommodating. This hotel is 1st class all the way. Would definitely stay again.

Good restaurants onsite. Great staff. Loved having my own screened in balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend.

Fun and comfortable from beginning to end! Everyone was very friendly and there was nothing they could do for us. We only stayed a short time but we will be back!

Nice accommodations, nice restaurants and very friendly staff.. will return.

So comfortable and nice place, for family vacation.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Every person was extremely courteous and helpful, and although the hotel was completely full, they took take to attend to each guest, and it felt like a resort-quality experience. The room had a beautiful view of the river and nature preserve, and the facility was nicely maintained with several pools, restaurants, ample parking and good proximity to lots of places we wanted to visits. We did several day trips to Sanibel, and birding at Corkscrew sanctuary in Naples, as well as kayaking, beach trips, etc, and this was a great base for exploring. Cape Coral has a surprisingly good range of restaurants, and the Westin was a perfect spot to enjoy a long weekend in Florida.

Our stay was fabulous from the first minute to the last. Everything about this hotel was great, location, pool, staff, gym, restaurant, and room!

Excellent hotel, great services, amazing staff and very clean. Highly recommend!

great place to stay for a couple of days to relax, there is not beach, but nice pools, restaurants are very expensive, but the rooms have a beutiful kitchen, nice views....

We enjoyed the front desk and doorman. Lovely experience.

Nice trip. We rode bikes. Enjoyed breakfast overlooking water way.

Took my kids for a lil getaway. Wanted to stay somewhere away from Ft. Meyers beach. This hotel could not have been any better. When I called them before arriving to confirm everything it came up that it was my sons birthday on the day we arrived. Upon arrival they had a plate with fruit and chocolate in the fridge along with a special bottle of water and a card on the counter wishing him a happy birthday signed by many members of the staff. Honestly could not be more impressed. The staff, the room, the pool, the water taxi to Ft. Meyers, the cleanliness, attention to detail etc.. FIRST RATE!!

When I arrived, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite since they had it available! The room was great and the view was gorgeous. I had a full kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms, living/dining area and a huge balcony that overlooked the water. The bed was a little uncomfortable (woke up with stiff muscles) but par for the course as far as hotel beds go. Also, room service was great on 2 of the 3 days that I was there. One day I had asked for my eggs to be made without any milk due to my dairy allergy and I think someone accidentally used milk because I got sick that day. :( If you have food allergies, confirm that they cooked your food to order before you eat it!

Wonderful time, relaxing, enjoyed swimming in the heated pool every day. Great staff and so friendly even remembered my name.

Amazing hotel located in a preserve. The hotel offers a free boat trip to Ft. Myers beach.

The hotel, the area, the amenities and everything was really good at this hotel

This is an excellent hotel for you're money!! Staff was awesome and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would return again and plan on it!!

First off, we were going to stay on Fort Myers Beach. After doing some research, we found this resort and noticed they had a shuttle to that same beach. It is a Westin property so it seemed like a no brainer. It was the best decision we have made. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are huge and have every amenity you could need. I don't know where to start, the bathroom, the bed, the balcony with that amazing view...it was all perfect. Once we parked our car there, it stayed parked. We never had a reason to leave. They have it all. There is a beautiful pool, restarurants, an outdoor bar, the marina and did I mention the free daily shuttle to Fort Myers Beach? Definitely on our radar when we next visit the Fort Myers area. One helpful hint...make sure you have a gps system. It is a little tricky to locate through the streets of Cape Coral.

Everything about this hotel was A+! The suite, location, views, cleanliness etc., The kitchen is superb....I wish that we could have stayed a week and I would have been right at home. We will definitely return!

The resort was excellent! The staff were friendly and upgraded us to a suite, which we were very satisfied with. The grounds are kept very nicely, and the downstairs area is a perfect spot to watch the sunset and watch the boats.
