Hotel was beautiful. Was not very impressed with Pinchers seafood but everything else was amazing.
We had a wonderful vacation and will be back
We were unable to sleep due to intermittent chirping of smoke alarm which started in middle of night. The front desk staff were very nonchalant about it when we told them in the morning and said they hoped it would be better the next time..
Overall property was great
Property and Staff were excellent…From the front desk to the staff that clean the rooms…Food on property was good and not to pricey…Also the rooms were very spacious and had a lot of closet space…Room had a Great kitchen to make a delicious meal…Also had amazing view of the Marina to watch the sunset.
The hotel was located in a marina which was great for shopping, dining and entertainment. The hotel pool was rather small but they did have access to two other pools which were a short walk away and were lovely. Sadly the kid/lagoon pool was closed 2 of our 5 days there and the main pool was too crowded for us to use during the day (capacity was 37). The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and had a gorgeous view, but was unfortunately not well stocked with the basics (only 2 small plates, 4 forks, etc). There was a blender and a toaster, but not a colander or a corkscrew. They provided dish soap but no sponge. We had a dishwasher but only one packet of detergent, and coffee was provided but only enough for 3 of our 5 day stay. Given that we had only a few dishes to work with we were hand washing dishes with a washcloth which wasn’t ideal and we felt they could have better stocked the kitchen for what we paid to stay there. We did ask for a restock on the coffee but that was overlooked. We dined at the Nauti Mermaid and the food was wonderful. Service was quite slow - it was busy, but other tables seemed to come and go faster than ours. Our server may have been newer as she did not think to offer drink refills or check in on us very often. Thankfully we were not in a rush and there was live music. Overall a pleasant vacation and a pleasant stay, but not the 5 star experience we have come to expect from a Westin.
Beautiful location, great amenities and family-friendly.
The shower covered and the room next to it with a loud music until 2 in the morning
The views were nice, a couple of restaurants with outdoor dining and small business shopping.
I usually love this location my room was ok , lots of noise and the next room had two little dog the let run in front door , not my best experience there
The resort is very nice and well maintained. It is a gem for people traveling with dogs - they stay free which makes this hotel very affordable. Service is superb, check in and check out was very fast and pleasant. We had a fantastic view from our room on the 15th floor. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Boat ride to Ft Myers beach was very relaxing and it is a great activity - like a free excursion. A few minor things: for some reason the robes were not provided. Also I had called the hotel to ask about saunas in the recreation center as this is something important for us. I was told that they were open which turned out to be not true. They stay closed. Also I was told that the microwave is provided and it turned out that in regular rooms it costs $5 a night on demand. But in general, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to come back.
