The room was lovely! They even upgraded us to have a king-size bed with a great view of the harbor. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Cape Coral, Florida

After driving 7 hours to get to the hotel, I arrived at 4:45pm. The Valet people told us they were done working - had to park my own truck. Got inside to check in, three staff were checking people in. I stood right in the middle to wait for next available person, they all ignored me while other people walked right up to the counter and got served. I thought they would tell them they had to wait their turn, but they did not. Finally, when I got up to the counter (about 20 minutes later), I told the woman I was upset and would not come to this hotel ever again.

The amenities do not justify the 4 star rating and $40 restore fee and $25 for parking. Overall did not feel it was worth the price point. The main pool was small and crowded and the rec center was far off. 3 of the onsite restaurants and in room dining had same menu and the other one was closed while we stayed. You couldn’t eat the same food more than once. No other entertainment options were available. It maybe ideal for a short/ quite get away, but nothing more.
