Dirty rooms..stains in the beds..no a/c ..said they had a breakfast..but was no breakfast..
This place was disappointing. It wasn't very clean, plus it had a roach problem. Office was only open for 8 hours during the day (11-7). No amenities, poor lighting in the rooms. No daily room service of any kind. On the plus side, it was in a good, quiet location. Room size was a nice studio size.
No security. Nobody at front desk after 5-7 PM. Not enough lighting around exterior of building at night. Anybody off the street has access to the Hotel at night. There is a safety issue with this Hotel.
The kitchen had no dishes, pots, pans. If we wanted to cook we would have had to purchase those items. The bed was hard as a rock. And, the pillows were worthless. The office hours were odd. They only had someone there from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. All other times one had to call a number to get any service - including late check in.
Staff was great. Location was good. Motel was run down and dirty. Price was good.
Booked this room for my daughter and granddaughters so they could be near by Fort Myers Beach while we stayed in a small condo. There were live and dead bugs in the bathroom and sleeping area and there was no way the little girls would consider staying at this place. My daughter went to the front desk where there was a line of people with complaints but they refunded the overnight cost and apologized so at least the staff provided good customer service. Needless to say, my girls came to our condo and we squeezed everyone in that night.
you get what you paid for. good location, semi clean room.
For the money, I guess it was ok. However, I believe there were bedbugs as after I stayed there, I had bites all over my body. I do not recommend this hotel.
ROACHES & ANTS. Didn't get the king room I paid for, dirty in hallways Air Conditioner was either freezing or hot (60*-75* outdoor temp) I can go on. We would have gone to another place but they were all full. Renee Kukucka
Do Not Stay Here! Quickly checked in and dropped my things off and went to eat dinner. Upon returning, as I turned on the lights, about a dozen or so roaches scattered everywhere in the kitchenette. They were in the bathroom, in the cabinets - everywhere! The tub, sink and toilet were absolutely disgusting. There was some sort of crud on the bedroom remote, the light switches, refrigerator door, etc. I went to the Dollar Tree and purchased cleaning supplies, dish soap, and my own cups and spoons to use. The coffee maker was horrific, so I purchased instant coffee... I cleaned and disinfected this dump for about 2 hours... The sad part is that this hotel looks great from the outside, but it's horrific on the inside! You've been warned!
Nice room and clean. Very nice hotel. I would reqoment
The first suite we received was awful but upon requesting another room we received a newly renovated room that was very nice. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Stayed twice on same vacation, great deal for the price, would and probably will stay again. 1st stay was great , nice to be able to cook, room more than adequate. Second stay we were in a smoking room, might have been my fault for not asking, but didn't know they still had these and they were full. Called and they brought up an ionizer to help and we were able to switch next night. 15 mins from beach with no traffic
I made a reservation online but when I arrived the hotel wouldn't honor it. I was told that all the rooms were taken. When I said I had a reservation, the guy said it wasn't his problem. He had no interest in helping me out and couldn't care less that it was late and I was without a place to say. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
An update in bed spreads might add a little newer look. Otherwise, for the price. Very good. The Room was very clean.
Used Crestwood Suites for one night. Better hotel for people who want to stat longer. Nice kitchen and plenty of space.
We stayed here thinking we'd have a separate bedroom, but there is no division between the bedroom and living room/kitchen. Therefore I think it is slightly misleading to call it a suite. Otherwise, the room was clean and the hotel was nice.
Carpeting dirty and in needs replacement, sofa bed had tears in the cushions, plastic floor molding missing in the bathroom, hot-cold water knobs were reversed in the bathroom, queen size beds are small, lumpy but firm mattress, very low thread count sheets, staff friendly and helpful, they searched for a long time, but did not find, a cork screw we asked to borrow to open a bottle of wine.
We picked this hotel because the location was great for a quick one-night stay and the price was attractive. We booked last minute during a holiday weekend and the choices were slim. If you're used to staying in higher end hotels this is going to be a huge reality check. I'm no diva; I've grown up camping in a tent (which I def would have preferred to this place). While I couldn't fall asleep I actually crafted this review in my head. I thought the dripping water in the bathroom would keep me awake but that was nothing to the herd of elephants on the second floor that suddenly awoke at 12pm. Then at 1pm it seemed as if everyone on the second floor opened and shut their doors at least 3 times each. Needless to say you can hear everything! The bed linens were old and shabby and I definitely didn't take my shoes off the whole time. Yes, there is a kitchen but we didn't need that for the one night that we stayed there. I think this was the worst nights sleep that I got in years. I was happy to be checking out the next morning.
the stay a crestwood was not a great time : room service only once ( we were there a week) on wednesday : every night I had go to ask for towels, and on two night they didn't have any : had to go in lobby to get wifi: for the last morning I call for a wake up call and never got it .........we're never staying there again
