• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines
• No smoking

Optional Fees:
• Pet Friendly- $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet (Max of 2 Dogs per house under 30 lbs. – NO CATS)
