Little slice of heaven

Such a charming cottage and only one block from the ocean! Restaurants are walking distance but a little tough during the hot daytime hours. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The fresh flowers were a very nice touch upon arrival and definitely set the experience apart from others. Would definitely stay here again!!

Probably our 5th time staying here. Love the proximity to beach, but also that the house is on a quieter street. Dog friendly is a huge bonus, and not a lot of stairs for my senior dog is great. Love the outdoor shower so much!

Weekend away

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Love the location - easy beach access which was very close and just a short walk to the Main Street. Liked hanging out on the back porch too! Would definitely stay here again.

Piece of Heaven

We absolutely love Folly Beach, and being our first time using Vrbo and home rental, I have to say everything was wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Close enough to walk to just about anywhere. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great Stay in Folly

Seaside Serenity is the perfect little beach house. Plenty of room for six people (though we had five). Very quick walk to the beach. Kitchen is phenomenal. Outdoor space looks perfect for warmer months. Hope to stay again on the future.

Great spot convenient to beach

Seaside Serenity is just that - a cute, comfortable cottage in close proximity to beach. Very well-stocked, easy place to stay. Nice deck and yard perfect for dogs.

So close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity. The house is just around the corner from the beach, maybe a 2 min walk. You can hear the ocean from the entire property. The house was well stocked with everything could need. Our only minor complaint is that the beds and couch could be more comfortable, but that’s a subjective thing. Kevin always answered the phone when we called, so if we’d had a major issue, we know he would have resolved it asap. We would happily stay here again.

Great little house a block from the beach

Hurricane Helene hit, we had to push a day back because the rental property didn't have power and we had to rescue our mother from the mountains (i think they still charged us for that night even though they couldn't clean it without power, unfortunately). We came the next day a little early and had a really nice time decompressing after the hurricane. It was a great location, super clean inside, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds and shower were great. They had body boards, chairs, sand castle buckets and bags in the laundry room, as well as a little cart to pull stuff to the beach. One of our chairs we brought broke, so it was nice to have an extra there. Only negative is that it's a little musty being a 1 story right on the ground, but it didn't bother us and we're pretty sensitive to mold.

Seaside Folly rental

We loved our stay. House is clean and great amenities. Very nicely equipped kitchen and home is furnished comfortably. This is our second stay at this home and it is perfectly located for a short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood is great for walking and welcomes pets. House has beach chairs if needed. We brought our own crate and plenty of room for the crate.

Laurel Kate’s First Beach Trip

The property was perfect for us. There were 5 of us and a baby. The bedrooms worked out perfect for our needs and the place is so cute! The yard is beautiful. We love coffee in the mornings and it is shaded and cool enough for coffee and conversation on the back deck. The outside shower is awesome! LK loved it too! We cooked breakfast in every morning and a couple of dinners. We had everything we could possibly need! Even spices etc.. The location is awesome!!! It’s only a short walk to the beach! And an easy walk to town! Convenient to everything! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location

Great location, at the beach in less than 4 minutes. Very clean property with great amenities. The modern living room furniture and a couple of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but that could be because we are not as young as we once were. Checking in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed the back deck and outdoor shower.

Great little seaside getaway

This property was perfect for our family and two dogs! It had everything we needed and was close to everything. We walked everywhere! The outdoor shower and back yard were great for the dogs. We will definitely be back!

Another great stay!

I have stayed at this property a few times over the past 3 years. It's always a great spot for our group and our two dogs loved it as well! Very close to the beach and walkable to center street (although far enough to be quiet!). We will definitely be back :)

Great Place!

Perfect little getaway. Clean and pet friendly. Quick walk to the beach, literally 1.5 blocks from the public access. You can hear the waves crashing with the window open. I'd gladly stay again in the future.

Shower is dangerous

The property itself is nice, except for the shower. My girlfriend fell on our second morning and it really had a negative impact on our trip. Charleston/Folly Beach is an area that requires mobility and she spent a lot of time elevating her knee and icing it. Property manager offered a refund, but by then, it was too late. I didn't want the money. I wanted an enjoyable trip and that was ruined when the shower mat slipped out from under her. Also, the location is nice, but that can be sort of a negative, too. People park in the yard. Walk out to drink your coffee and there is a caravan of folks 15-20 feet away from you. Didn't like that at all. .

Lovely and Clean

We loved the spacious kitchen and dining room where all of our family could be together. The living room was a great size as well. Probably our favorite part of the property was the outdoor space including a beautiful back porch with shades, a grill, and an outdoor shower. The backyard was also a great spot to toss around a football and run and play with our little girl. We also felt thag the house was very clean and the property manager, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful.
