Holiday Inn Express Fort Bragg

Nice clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good, unless you have a family member with food allergies, then it doesn't offer much. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with nice staff.

Excellent hotel. Room is clean, full of amenities that include shower cap that I normally had to ask the front desk in some other hotels. Free breakfast. Food is plenty. Staff are very friendly. The only minus is the location is a little difficult for me to find. I relied on my GPS and it told me that I reached the destination but the only hotel I saw was Hampton Inn. It turned out the Holiday Inn Express is behind the Hampton Inn. There is a service road to both hotels but there was no sign to show the entrance for either hotel (maybe neither Hampton Inn nor Holidy Inn wanted to pay for the sign?) so I missed it. It took me a while with a phone call to the hotel asking for direction and a couple rounds of driving until I finally realized the service road. Overall it's worth the money. My wife and kids enjoyed it and they said that was the best night sleep in the hotel of our whole 6 day trip.

This hotel is a bit tucked away, but is centrally located in the shopping district, and a quick drive away from Fort Bragg. The staff are very sharp, the price is reasonable, and the service and accommodations very pleasant. Definitely first on my list when visiting the area.

Everything was wonderful. The only negative was old smoke smell in my non smoking room and carpet in the hall was dirty.

Great value-clean, convenient, and centrally located-Enjoyed free breakfast, choice of pillows, comfortable bed, and quiet room

The room had an odd smell, but the rooms are very nice and clean.

We try to stay here anytime a visit Fayetteville. Its close to family, shopping, and food. We always find it friendly and welcoming.

I have never felt more welcomed at any other hotel than I did here. The staff repeatedly spoke to us and asked us about our trip every time we entered the lobby. They were all extremely accommodating and interested in speaking with us. We booked this room for the US Open golf tournament and although the hotel was about 45 min away from the course, it was without a doubt worth every penny! I would come back to this hotel if I were in the area again! :)

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Definitely will be back.

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS GREAT. I HAD BOOKED A ROOM EARLIER WITH ANOTHER HOTEL BUT WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY HAD POSTED ONLINE, SO I HAD TO REBOOK AT THE LAST MINUTE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I CHOSE THIS HOTEL AND I AM SO GLAD. MY FAMILY FELT LIKE WE WERE HOME AND THE THE STAFF WERE SO CONCERNED AND VERY FRIENDLY. I LOVED THE LOCATION AND I WILL BE BOOKING HERE FROM HERE ON OUT IF I HAVE TO TRAVEL HERE AGAIN.

Hotel was very good, but will never use booking agent again terrible customer service

My wife, sister-in-law and I spilt up our trip to Georgia for our nephew's wedding with this stay in Fayetteville NC. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, nicely appointed and clean, and the hotel location offered easy access to restaurants and shopping around Ft. Bragg and downtown. A very comfortable hotel, in a good location, at a good price. Will definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

very good experience. staff very helpful, room clean, hotel was quiet, well run. breakfast very good. Plenty of internet service and wi fi available. highly recommend this facility George Supensky

Arrived at 8:45 PM after 5.5 hours on the motorcycle and was greeted by warm friendly, courteous smiles. Both ladies stopped what they were doing to address the check-in process with me and my wife. They were knowledgeable, well rehearsed, articulate and made eye contact with us. It was obvious that their intent was to provide us the very best customer service. The hotel was immaculate. The room was displayed. The coverlet, the furniture, the bath towels were arranged with an obvious focused attention to detail. Ah wait a minute this is a Holiday Inn Express! What gives? I have stayed in how many HI Express? Everything was in order. There was a 'free' goodie bag of bottled water, cookies, snacks accompanied by a handwritten note from Amanda welcoming us. I turned around and there was another note on the bed, again hand written to us by name with chocolates. Seriously now, Holiday Inn Express? And it stayed that way! Only thing missing were towel racks to hang the towels to re-use. Get out of the elevator, eye contact and 'good evening.' Walk down the stairs, eye contact and 'good morning.' But wait, the Manager and leadership of the that hotel staff has all the members of the "TEAM" inspired and high performing! At breakfast at 9 Am on Sunday morning and I witnessed the breakup of the the cleaning staff huddle. This is the chambermaid staff, and they are all wearing smiles! They were all dress immaculately! Blue uniforms, yellow bows in their hair. One is bouncing, literally! as she pushed her laundry cart to the elevator. 9:04 AM and I am eating the HI Express breakfast (always good!) and see a parade of happy chambermaids on their way to work? No kidding! This is true! We vacated our room and and passed the lady cleaning the adjacent room. She looked at us, smiled, said 'good morning' and 'thank you.' We received the same treatment when we passed the reception counter on our way out the hotel main doors. And we left with smiles on our faces. You MUST forward this review directly to the HI Express, Skibo Road, Fayetteville, NC. Awesome, excellent service comparable to the best I have received in Austria, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Well done!

magement very good, nice people, clean and satisfied

As other reviewers have noted the hotel is a little hard to find. However, once we got there we were very impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was large and clean. The hotel was located 5 minutes from Ft Bragg, which was our destination. If you need to be in Fayetteville NC then you should stay here!

Things were intact and there were no problems. I didn't have to wait to check in and the staff was very helpful. The room and the hotel was nice. Location was perfect for easy access to restauarants and stores.

Very clean, the staff was very helpful. Also the breakfast was really good. The only problem I encountered is that the hotel is very hard to see from the highway, and their sign is very small and hard to see.

My husband and I stayed here for our son's wedding at Fort Bragg. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. Best sleep I've had in a long time! The staff was extremely kind and considerate and very helpful. The free hot breakfast in the morning had so much variety. Perfect for families trying to save a little money. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort, value and hospitality with a little bit of luxury. I will be back!

Well located for Shopping Centers and a short drive to historic Fayetteville. Very friendly and courteous staff.
