So overall this hotel is pretty good. The location is nice, access to the beach and the amenities. 3 different pools, free breakfast, even though it wasn’t a fresh one. The rooms are pretty good too. One thing that we didn’t like is the fact that they had some kind construction going on right next to the hotel. The room they gave us had a sliding door facing to that construction zone, so the whole time it was loud, even at night they left some kind of equipment on! I couldn’t believe they would still charge us full price for this room, with all the noise going on and the view of the construction zone!

The location is great. However, it is awfully run down. We certainly weren’t expecting luxury but did expect clean and comfortable. The lock to our door didn’t work. You could literally push the door open. After two attempts to fix it was replaced. Our air conditioner did not work either. It also had to be replaced. Due to COVID housekeeping had to be requested. It took four requests over several days to have the room cleaned once.

Located near the beach with limited view of the ocean if you book the ocean front rooms. Limited view due to the sand dune and the vegetation between hotel and beach. Room is dirty when we were there, especially the bathroom and windows. Balcony is unusable as it looks as if it was never cleaned, hundreds of dead And live mosquitoes On the screen door and wall. But room is comfortable with the necessary amenities.

The rooms are very nice. The bathroom needs a little attention - no exhaust fan. Only 1 elevator, so had to wait. For the price - you are paying for the location & pools. Not sure I would stay there again.

Clean room, crowded pool area, easy access to beach

Clean, quiet Property with Welcoming, friendly staff.

The location makes you feel like you are really getting away from it all. The amenities make it like a resort.

Relatively speaking it was rather expensive for after Labor Day which should be off season rates. I think we paid a summertime premium for the oceanfront which had a limited view from tje 2nd floor actually due to the dunes. The balcony was quite small with just 2 chairs. Room housekeeping was less than what I expect from a quality establishment. Our beds were not made and coffee not replenished after the initial supply was used. Towels were provided when we asked. Bed was comfortable. Sofa was not opened but used to sleep on by one in our party so not evaluating that. Location was lovely.

Great location and spacious. I enjoyed staying there

I love the Hampton Suites properties, and will book one often when my traveling. Most about this property is great -location, complimentary breakfast, their pool, and amenities. The rooms felt a bit outdated however - we were in an oceanfront suite which was very spacious for myself and my 2 teenage boys. A moldy bathroom, and a dirty balcony however (understanding an oceanfront room comes certain elements), and the furniture being a bit ‘tired’ (all though beds and sofa bed were very comfortable). I believe the nightly rate was too high and less $100 would have been more appropriate. Overall, a great stay - but some updates would be great.

I loved the pools and access to the beach and access to towels at pool and umbrellas & chairs on the beach to be charged to the room.everyone was very friendly. Didn’t appear it was staffed to be cleaned well. Two days no room service and we followed diections of being out of room by certain time. There was garbage piled up at elevators for a few days.

Great location, easy parking. But cost to value not great. Very nosies, and room wasn’t the cleanest. Expensive for what you get.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and the location was perfect!

The porch door was broken and almost fell off when attempting to open it. Staff knew about it. Room service only made the one bed and took out the trash did not clean the room or make the sofa bed.

My stay was wonderful! The facility, courteous staff and my comfortable bed was very enjoyable. If I had one complaint when I booked my room I requested a oceanview and paid extra but got a side view instead.
