I did not stay here they took my money anyway trying to reserve room for evacuations

Extended stay like an apartment. Great for transitioning between homes.

Problems with key cards, billing issues. Did not address possible bed bugs....

Ms. Amber was very rude. I paid for 2 days. I arrived there at 0230. She said the computer system was down. She could not check me in. I showed her my reservation from my phone and she refused to accept it. I had to stay in my car until 0400 before getting my keys to go to my rooms. The rooms were filthy and so the bathrooms. I could not use the bathrooms. I was scared for my life due to infection. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish someone could train Ms. Amber about customer service. I was very disappointed of her action and also the condition of the facility.

ms. amber at the reception was very rude to me
