The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Everything is was out of order. The elevator was out of order. The laundry room had one washer working but no dryer available…all machines were out of order. The side doors were unlocked - out of order. The kitchenette cabinets were missing the doors and the stove top did not work. The shower head was rusted.

Soon as got in my room I saw a roach. The front desk attendant got me another room. And no surprise, more roaches. Where there's one there's a colony. Riff raff running in and out the building. This is clearly a property people stay at because they can't get traditional housing. The bed frames were squeaky and wobbly. And it wasn't very clean. On my way out one morning there was a bag of trash leaking in the hall. When i returned more than 8 hours later it was still there. I really want a refund.

The elevator was not work properly, I I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor with laundry clothes , the washing machine was full of finished clothes that tenants left unattended for hours .. the sheets had pulpit hair on them, my stay was for 10 days and the stay was terrible..

Good for a quick last minute trip

The stay was good for a cheap hotel for a couple of nights for a business trip. Front desk was very accommodating, she was able to find me a couple of extra pillows for my bed. Bed was comfortable, good hot shower.

Hotel Review: One Night Stay My recent one-night stay at this hotel was highly disappointing due to several issues that significantly impacted the overall experience. The room was in poor condition, with outdated and unattractive furniture that felt neglected. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lighting was inadequate, leaving the room dimly lit and impractical for any tasks requiring clear visibility. The refrigerator barely cooled, rendering it useless for keeping food or drinks fresh. There was no bedside lamp, which was inconvenient for reading or navigating the room at night. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout the stay. To make matters worse, I noticed small cockroaches, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Lastly, the absence of a coffee maker was a notable inconvenience, as I couldn't even make a simple cup of coffee in the morning. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
