We really like the hotel rooms but the staff was just there like if they were just one more ornament in the hotel!!

We had a pleasant stay. Congenial staff. The carpeting in the room could use replacing or a very thorough cleaning. The woodwork, around the floor of the bathroom especially, needs more cleaning for cleanliness and sanitation.

Stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Nice room for the price. Newer than most hotels in that area. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just as good as I remember it. The free breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The pet fees are higher than other places nearby. The location is wonderful and almost makes up for the higher room costs when a pet fee is included.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice, they rooms were great and the beds really comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here!

Positives: Newer property. Very clean. Good amenities (fire pit, breakfast, two PCs). Great staff. Great value for the money. Negatives: Beds were average quality, a bit hard. Overall: Very nice for a decent price to sleep 6.

The rooms are spacious, equipped for cooking, coffee, and relaxing.

Our experience was horrible. There was a child in the room above us jumping from the bed to the floor resulting in a pounding in our room from 7-11 and again starting at 5:45. We asked the staff three times in the evening and once in the morning to handle the problem and we might as well been talking to the wall. When we checked out, the desk person said the manager would call us, and two days later, no call. There are lots of other options in the Columbia area, so go someplace else and stay away from this hotel at all costs.

Lovely hotel incredibly clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Will stay there again when visiting Columbia.

We attended the graduation of our young soldier at Ft. Jackson. The hotel was close to the Army base and a really wonderful place to be together as a family. We had a great time! Love the complimentary breakfast - wonderful omelettes!
