I have been scammed at this property! Upon checking in I asked kindly for a noon checkout due to a meeting I had to be in wifi to conduct as I am traveling to the area. The staff said no problem but it will be a fee of $10 and you can pay that at checkout. I said, "no problem." He even confirmed he would leave a note for the morning staff for me. When I got to my room the floor was DISGUSTING and literally had a baked beans can outside the door full of cigarette butts.... you couldn't at least throw that away? There were also post it notes on the back of the door from the previous people who stayed there. Was anything cleaned or checked??? Fast forward to the next morning. At 11:15am (in the middle of my live zoom meeing) I get a loud knocking at my door and someone yelling, "front desk." I had to pause what I was doing and remind her I had paid for a late checkout. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THEY DON'T DO THAT AND I WAS LIED TO. Furthermore, she said I have 15 minutes to get out of the room. Even though I explained to her I could not shut my meeting down and leave at the moment. SHE PERSISTED. What kind of scam / unprofessionalism is this? Also to note, this property is in the WAY BACK of the road and I did not feel safe.

When I first arrived the woman behind the counter was very friendly. Normally I say the first impression sets the tone. I wish that were correct for this review. Sadly, this was the last pleasant experience I had at the property. There are signs that say the rooms are smoke free, my room smelled like a casino full of smokers. First thing I wanted was to take a shower to wash off the long flight from the day. The shower had hairs in the bathtub, on the wall, and even in the towel that was laid over the edge of the tub. After the shower I went to lay in bed. I actually had called the week before my visit to make sure they change the bed sheets after every visitor checks out because I am very allergic to dust mites. As I lifted back the blankets the sheets were ruffled with some "questionable" stains, and again more hairs. Luckily I had brought my own blanket so I just slept on top of the blankets. I wish I could say that was the end of this experience but wait there's more...bring in the cockroaches!!! I was greeted by one on my drink straw first, then another on my shoe, the nightstand, the headboard, and the chair by the bed. Now I move on to safety. On 4 separate occasions over my 3 night stay, someone tried to enter my room. The first night was the scariest. I was sleeping and was woken up by someone pounding on the door trying to use a room key. I didn't want to answer because I was a woman traveling alone and did not want anyone to know that. Out of room to continue...

Needs update in everything!!

Generally noisy area and the bathroom faucets could have been cleaner, but the AC and fridge worked.

The floors and bathtub was dirty. Filthy.

Very neat and clean. I will be back very soon. I was very satisfied wiith my room.

The first room had something on the sheets. The second room I was switched to had no wash cloths and hair was on the top covers . An The refrigerator had rust like things on it. oh and the shower / tub kept backing up, disgusting.

When i checked into this non-smoking property, the room i had reeked of cigarettes, so much so that the woman who had cleaned the room that day said the odor was overwhelming. The desk clerk grudgingly gave me a different room. It waa clear she did not want to.

what kind of property, designed for extended stays, provides a kitchenette in each unit but does not provide any pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, in short anything for an extended stay. the room was clean, if rather tired. the bathroom was the newest part of the room.

Run down facilities. Staff ignores your requests No available maid service during our entire stay.
