Nothing it was totally horrible. Dirty rooms, dirty shower, broken dresser, the room smelled

When we arrived that room, the room was not vacuumed. I saw a lot of dust and some chips are on the floor behind the sofa chair. The toilet was not able flush. The light near the main door was not working. WiFi was not able to join. I put my last name and room number to connect WiFi but it said wrong name or room number.

There was an overwhelming odor of weed and pesticide (like roach spray) that perfused the night air. They had the nerve to ask that I sign a form that imposes a $270 fine if I break the "no smoking" rule then I get to my room and it wreaks of cigarette smoke, not to mention a partially smoked cigarette is resting on the window ledge just outside the room. Other than that and all the Riffraff that occupied the rooms it was OK at best.

I don’t expect much from hotels in this area however customer service goes a long way and they need to replace the afternoon clerk. He is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. Just his demeanor. He doesn’t greet you when you walk in. I checked in and the ONLY thing he said was my room number. Did not accommodate or acknowledge my requests in the reservation. Even the gentlemen checking in before didn’t get a greeting and had to ask him what was wrong. That set the tone for my entire stay. There were a few things I needed and one thing I wanted to note (room smelled like smoke) but I wouldn’t dare call down to the desk. It would be pointless and make me mad even more. I will be escalating this to management.

An unsafe, dark road with no light, no sigh going to the hotel.

staff at check in was great... first room they gave me the lights didn't work, and they moved me to another room. it was non smoking but smelled of cigarettes, a one inch crack under the door where I could hear/see everything outside.. the biggest issue was on the day of check out... a woman came beating on my door at 10:45... when I opened the door startled so said "check out is at 11" I said I apologize I thought it was 12...she laughed under her breath and was like no! I kindly then at that point had to tell her that I still had 15 mins and had to rush out the door as she stood lingering in the hallway. very unwelcoming and will never return

I found roaches on the bed and they were everywhere

very nice people, quiet place, great experience. Breakfast is a little too simple

Okay room for what we paid. The cleaning staff needs to be a bit micro managed because they missed a lot of spots. I didn't see any bugs in the room, but I can see how there could be. The outside of the hotel is also not kept up well. On the upside, it was a nice big room and convenient to pretty much everywhere you want to go in Columbia.
