The facility was lovely. Staff was kind BUT the bellman was rarely at his station. The area where our bags were kept were within eye sight BUT he was never there to take or give bags promptly. He was hopefully busy doing other things for staff and guests but this was a downside of our stay.

Staff was great, especially Marcus the doorman. The bath towels were very small, im 5ft. 130lbs. And it barely covered me up, not sure how thia would work for larger/taller folks. The body wash diapenser in shower was completely empty. They have a shampoo dispenser no.conditioner. 1 little bar of soap at sink and thats about it for vanity amenities Had a small fridge which was unexpected. A lockbox but the # pad was glitchy, only a few of #'s would engage Great location though. Beds weren't amazing. For the price $308 orbitz for 3 nights it was fine.

1. There was no offer to help with the bag 2. No one helped with the door while I carried all the bags 3. Seems like all the staff intentionally ignored me 4. I arrive @1:30pm and was charged $30 for early check in despite the room was ready - not sure if this is common, but I’ve never experienced this. 5. I will not be back at this property again
