Complementary nothing. For the inconvenience my desk manager very rude I did not recommend this place to anyone save your money go some were else

The room was very clean. The hotel itself is a clean, modern and quiet place to stay. We came in town at 9 AM and called to see if the room would be available for check in earlier then 4 PM ( as advised by receptionist a few weeks prior to our stay). It became available for us at 3 PM.

I loved the room set up; very spacious. Bathroom was great, just wish the door closed all the way and could lock.

They property is in a great location downtown, easy to walk to restaurants or shopping malls and stores. Spacious living room and nice bathroom, very stylish and modern living arrangements. Cleanliness could have been a tad better had a spots with leftover glitter residue, but overall a very nice stay.

Specifically requested a high floor and was assigned 2nd floor. Stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t get housekeeping (covid) but also couldn’t get blankets that I specifically requested 3 times. Bed was not made with sheets. While my room was super cute, I would not stay here again.

Two of the TVs didn’t work in the room other then that everything was great.

Very spacious! But floors are wood and a little dusty. Bed is not that comfortable. Shower is amazing!

Constant noise from heating system. Absolutely not insulated doors and walls. You hear everyone on your floor. Electric draperies move by themselves at night. Huge advise. Stick to the chain hotels, as their is better quality control.

We were so excited to arrive in Chicago for our Anniversary. Check in room was not ready when we arrived we had to wait an extra 1.5 hours. Our TV had no reception. We do not have cable at home so this would be a nice treat to watch a few things at night after long day of walking. Our room view was not at all. It was a hole alley. Super disappointed... asked to speak to manager not on site! No offer of other accommodations offered.

Great hotel and location. 2 suggestions- bigger coffee mugs and softer/larger bath towels.

Great little new boutique hotel. We much prefer boutiques over massive chain hotels. Staff was amazingly friendly. Great location just off the Magnificent Mile. Easy walk to anywhere downtown and the Navy Pier. Plenty of restaurant options close by.

Excellent staff and great location. Great shower and bathtub but odd that there wasn’t a lock on the bathroom door. And make sure to pull the room door tight because otherwise it stays open.

This hotel was great. Great location and great staff.

No fitness center at the property. But they partner with a local 24 hour fitness center and a yoga center right next door. Very convenient.
