The hallways are dark and the walls are thin. Your staff is wonderful!

Nice place for a weekend stay in Chicago. Great location and the bar has a nice view of the city.

Was pretty happy with everything. Was a little upsetbpool was out of order, that was the reason I picked this hotel.

Water pressure is not good. Old hearing units in rooms work but they are noisey & in bad shape. I had to switch from 1st room, 2nd wasn't much better. If you have allergies don't stay here. Pretty sure the years of gunk blowing from these dinos is unhealthy.

Water pressure is really low -- takes awhile to get your hair washed! HVAC is antiquated. Margarita was the worse I've ever had in my life. Other than the above the hotel is in a fantastic location, beds are great and staff is awesome... they want to please and help guests!

Right in the middle of everything, and always perfect when attending an event at the Merchandise Mart. Always book this in the winter months, as with the snow this past week, never needed a coat with the walkway directly attached to the Mart.

The room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay but when i first got there to check in they had like 5 stations to check people in and only had 1 person checking people in so it took a long time....

Stayed on the 22nd floor in a king bed room. View was nice except for the giant spiders outside the window. Beds were new and the room was clean. I did talk to the staff about the air not working in our room, but nothing was done that I noticed...I had to sleep on top of sheets. Other than that, it was an ok stay.

The staff at the front desk upgraded us to an amazing view of the River for the wife's birthday.

This was our first visit to Chicago. The hotel and staff were amazing. They went out of their way to meet any and all our needs. We were treated like we were famous!!! I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else the next time I visit Chicago. The hotel was in the downtown area and located near everything!!! Thank you Orbitz for the hook up!!!!!

The place is very nice, people were friendly and the view was awesome. Location is excellent

Nice and clean. great views. Breakfast was good, although i thought it was over priced at $21 for buffet.

We live in chicago and wanted a night away from the children. We got it at this hotel hotel! Not only that we had an absolutely awesome view of the city all night long. Pillows were comfy, our room was quiet. Only draw back is the shower pressure is terrible and the tub is miniature sized. But that wasn't a huge deal since we were there more for a getaway than a spa experience in the bathroom.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Johnny the door man and Angelica the receptionist were very helpful!

nice area, very clean hotel. There is shops that are attached to this hotel so It made it easier to get food when in a rush.

The location has a great view. A little odd that the lobby is on the 15th floor and the building is in odd place and the taxi driver had trouble getting there even with GPS. The hotel itself is nice. A bit elegant in common areas.

good size rooms & location needs updating

great hotel but needs a few updates
